Morning all:j
I'm getting so frustrated with my bank/s. I'm in the process of switching banks (have been since early Feb:mad:) and the DD's/SO's/credits are still not in the right place. It makes PADding soooo difficult.
However, I am still doing the best I can with money found down the back of sofas etc:rotfl:
Over the 3-day weekend I managed the grand sum of ..... £0.54:rotfl: to the overdraft begone fund/

How's the food plan going? I've got weigh in tonight  It might be worth having a look at the WW and SW websites as they do special chocolate that you can factor in to the food plans and they're pretty yum! WW do these rice crispy cake things which are yummy and you don't feel bad for eatting most of the tub! :rotfl: Dark chocolate is always a good one too as you don't eat so much of eat. HMMMM all this chocolate talk's making me hungry! :rotfl:

£80 min payment PAD to a CC.
I made a payment to another CCand to my water provider early on Sunday morning. They seem to have disappeared into the ether as they are not showing on my online statement whereas a payment made on Monday is showing.
Something like this happened several weeks ago and I had to redo the payment. I wondered then if I had forgotten to press the "confirm" button so didn't take too much notice. This time I know I did on both payments.
Looks like another example of flaws in the Shabby Abbey's system. I'm just glad I'm gradually moving banks.
Abbey's customer service is garbage.
I'm not even going to try phoning them because I've been so frustrated with them in recent months, I already I'll just end up arguing with the android on the other end when they tell me (yet again) to write to some office in Glasgow. I shouldn't have to write to an office in Glasgow (400+ miles from me) in order to get complaints sorted out.
I'm in good standing with this bank and have been for 30 years.
They couldn't manage a b*** up in a brothel.
EDITED TO SAY. I did actually phone them after this post just to see if the two etherised payments were on a pending payments list on their system as I didn't want to pay again then have them going out twice. They weren't so I did.0 -
Happy Tuesday Everyone, I hope you all had a sooper dooper Bank Holiday Monday.
