Aw Piggin you must be so proud
His biog looks great. I hope it all goes well
Hubby is working in Scotland so went into the bank the other day to transfer the money. The cashier was adamant it would clear today despite it being a Bank hol. I've just checked my account - we kinda knew she'd got it wrong!
Thanks! Yes - proud as Punch!!
That cashier sounds a right numpty! :rotfl:Mind you, I have just checked my internet banking and tomorrow's payments are already showing, so perhaps that there is a teeny tiny grain of truth in it!PigginSkint's debt free diary

Good evening
Had another lovely day out today with dad and sister. Only went to beach. Was rather cold but went for a long walk along by the sea with my sister .... not seen each other for a year and although we do love to chat on the phone every few days we still had a lot of catching up to do.
Had picnic in car ! so mse :money: only cost was petrol to get there.
No bills to pay today :j
No storecards left to pay :j
No cc balance to clear:j
Just overdraft to pay off (£1712).
Still waiting for money from my brother.... it is on it's way.
In the meantime ...I know I should not be saving while I have an overdraft but I have to make a payment to something ..... so .....
today's pad £10 to isa to kick start my savings.
Hope everyone had a good day today. Keep up the good work.
Love reading the posts, the payments, the dieting dramas and the jokes. We may be poor and and struggling but we know how to enjoy life.

Having been at work all weekend (and out on the pop last night
) I haven't kept up very well! Haven't PAD'd yet, I'll do that tomorrow to cover the whole weekend!
Thank goodness I've got tomorrow off, I'll need a good couple of hours to catch up on all the posts!
