Hi moneymaker2,
Its for a 2nd in dept type job in mainstream secondary, working in special ed at the moment. Money's not great as a TA but very rewarding, and hours usually fit around children so less child care costs (if you have kids that is!). I love teaching, I am one of those really annoying people that is happy in their job. Just feel ready for a new challenge now. Not really expecting to get the job (4other candidates) but am really pleased that I have got an interview. Any questions about 'working in education' I am more than happy to answer, will try not to give a biased view! (I do love it though, so apologies in advance if I sound like an advert!)Too ashamed to admit how much I owe!!0 -

Is it just me or does posting on DFW for the 1st time sometimes seem like an AA meeting??
I mean you introduce yourself, tell your story, people offer you support and guidence then you start the long road to 'recovery'...
It's like, Hi I'm (insert name) and everyone say Hi (insert name) and then the poster says well, it started like this and then happened now I'm a silly drunk (obviously that sentence should end 'now I'm in debt'!) someone help me!
