Will post for you in a bit Angelic, running late what with school and not being ready yet but I had a similar experience to yours and wanted to let you know how I got on next time round. If I dont reply before tea time just remind me, pregnancy and kids have left me with a colander for a brain (even worse than a sieve cos sooo much manages to filter out :-)

Hubby is covered with the rash from hell, i have not worked as much as usual and my eldest is 9 this weekend so i have been thinking about pressies for her. Needless to say her list is quite long.
Well done to anyone who has paid off any cc or debt etc i can't wait to get there.
I have doubled my payment to the HMRC today. I am fed up of seeing it and just want rid but i shall probably be paying at for the rest of the year. No breaks for me

Morning all - £10 for me today.
Angelic - what a nightmare experience your first birth was! But I am sure the second one will be much quicker, mine was less than half the time of the first one - now just wondering how the third one will be as I have only 8 days until due date! We will all be thinking about you when the time comes and I do think that writing that letter is a good idea. I was not offered a homebirth and did not ask for one (even though I contemplated it what with not having any family in this country to leave my kids with and all) but I have the feeling I might not have got one either. Don't like the midwife that does my antenatals - just want it all over with now! Oh, and I have heard that nowadays you are being sent home very quickly after you have given birth, within a few hours or so, at least in the hospital where I am due to give birth, so you shouldn't have to stay too long after baby is out! Fingers crossed that all goes well for you and try and relax the last few weeks! (easier said than done - I know, can't quite do it myself!)LBM 31/01/2009: £19,422
