Danko,I reclaimed my loan ppi in feb from halifax.It was v easy actually!I printed off a template letter from mse with my details in it,sent it off and that's all I did.I got one letter saying they were looking into it and another letter a few wks later offering me £1218ish back.Brill!!!So worth it!I'm about to start trying to reclaim my bank charges,but I'm not sure how difficult this is?Think I will give it a go thou!

I've just woken up after falling asleep last night while reading the posts! How my laptop didn't fall off the bed, i'll never know :rotfl:.

Mumofthree, glad to hear your brother seems to be doing well. Hope the scan results comes back with good news. Makes me sad to read that some people have no visitors when they're in hospital. I hope you get to spend time with him at your next visit.
