Hi all. I seem to be having a lucky week as my TV licence refund came through today from the old flat. Used most of that to PAD...

Don't think this run of luck will last as I am due final gas and leccy bills and I am sure I was in debit. Booo. Hey ho, swings and roundabouts.

Is everyone looking forward to a fun weekend? Hope the sun carries on shining!

Thank you for the lovely welcome messages and advice re PADs!
my PAD today is 3.00. I have my partner's 30th and baby's 1st birthday later on in the year so have decided to start money jars now for them (I think I am being too ambitious with all my things to save for but oh well).

    Hi all PADDERS

My PAD is 5.76 which is a pound for each day since I last logged on and the extra 76p rounded my bank account. I have been off work all week and have struggled to stay within budget but I have only overspent by 10.00 Pre DFW it would have been a few hundred!!!

My PAD is coming off my MBNA card and I'm actually looking forward to getting my statement this month.

Have a great weekend and Happy Mothers Day to all the Mums.

I gave up crisps too and am finding it quite hard. I didn't realise how addicted i am  I think it's the convenience of them really. I'm trying to substite crisps for a bowl of cereal if i really can't resist eating anything at all!! I shall have to control myself come Easter Sunday :p

Welcome to all the new members to the PaD thread. What can i say? It's great!
