    Hi Flower ....

Sorry but i forgot to ask you earlier how hubby got on today ..... Did he get a chance to ring Housing benefit re: your overpayment ?

Hi Terri - OH got on well with the overpayments, they have agreed to £8 per week (basically what they overpaid us by each week in the first place). Im still pretty annoyed by the whole situation as that is extra money that could of been put towards the CCs. I am so glad OH sorted it out though, couldnt be doing with the stress :rotfl:

Hiya everyone! How are you all?Ok I hope.;) Hubby is doing better but v v sore.I'm on official standby to have my best friends daughter to stay as of last night, as best friend is due to go into labour any day now (her due date is next sunday). It's so exciting! Her folks are going away for the weekend so I said I'd step in until they get back to claim their granddaughter-lol!I have told her to keep her legs crossed though,as I'm pretty manic with hospital trips at the mo and my raging ball of fury (otherwise known as my toddler!).Can't wait to coo over a newborn again!
Anyway, enough of me rabbitting,my pad today is £1.00.Enjoy the weekend,it's bright and sunny here, but rather nippy.x

Flower08-glad the housing benefit plan is sorted ;);)

    £339.42 for me today

Have calculated the bonus and there is enough for the new shed, decorating our bedroom and some treats, so off now to start clearing the old shed  , just hoping that there are no mice. I can cope with the spiders.

DOH and DS are way for the weekend so I can be ruthless:rotfl: , is it too late to order a skip for today  ?

    Speak to you all soon.

  • Hi all

Just another £3.00 to Vanquis.Payments have been a little on the low side this week, I fear im slipping back into my old spending ways  so angry with myself but at least now I see what im doing and can stop myself before it goes too far..

Thank god I shut my crapital one card once id paid it up

I dont know if any of you do the same but I seem to be a "binge" spender, I can do weeks or months just ploughing away at debts and denying us all luxuries like clothes and other bits then it gets to a point where say the kids NEED some new shoes and I dont know when to stop.

Like I say though at least now I see myself slipping and am doing my best to stop it.Ive just cut up my other cc with available credit and my bank account is pretty much empty till Tuesday.
No one will give me credit and I dont have an overdraft TFFT :D

Gonna go occupy myself with some cleaning then nip off to the library before they start charging overdue fees :rotfl:

Good news on the overpayments Flower... why should you pay back more per week than they paid you? Good on your OH!

PAD of £8.15 for me again today.... two more PADs and that card will be under £800 :)
