Just come back from WI and lost 1/2lb - not too bad as i have been on hols and not given 100% since i have come back. My sainsburys order has arrived today with loads of yummy veggies and fruit so as from tomorrow its 100% back on plan.0

So i've got these easter eggs winking at me from my kitchen cupboard and i'm wondering whether it would be better to blow them all in one go. I can't believe that eating 200 syns in a night is going to have the same effect as 200 additinal syns over a fortnight?
It could be donner and kofte mixed kebab washed down with a green and blacks easter egg for tea tonight...after all friday is for syning :T
Morning everyone!

pete, do you have any children you could feed the easter eggs to?
i'm going away for the weekend this afternoon but I think if Ican keep from drinking too much or indulging in desert I'll be OK.
I had fruit salad and LF yog for breakfast and I am surprised at how not hungry I've felt this morning. I wouldn't have thought that fruit would fill you up for long. Maybe I'm just getting used to the rythmn of the diet?
Anyway, for lunch I will have salad and cold meats. I don't know what I'll get for dinner but am going to take a sandwich and some fruit in the car so I won't have to stop in service station and be tempted by sweets!
Have a nice weekend everyone.Saving to pay the tax man0 -
Hi everyone , I have just found this slimming world recipe but am having trouble finding out the syn value .
4 oz All Bran ?
2 eggs
1 oz cocoa ?
sweetner
250 mls boiling water
mixed all together and microwave for 6 mins .
In my old book it only gives syn value in 28g , and I am useless at math.
Any help please.Kindness costs nothing0 -
Mirry - 28g is roughly 1 ounce. HTH
I have been dabbling at the SW plan over the last 3 weeks but i haven't been doing very well. Mostly because I keep cheating!! I think what I really need is to go to a group for the extra motivation but I feel very embarrassed about it.
I am within healthy BMI and only want to lose about 5-7 pounds. I suppose it feels a bit vain and silly to go to club with such a small target and I feel the other members will judge me. Do clubs have people like me join? Am I being silly?0 -

This looks interesting. Picturing some sort of dark stodgey choco biscuit/cake. Let us know how it goes....
