Well got weighed yesterday and iv'e put on 3lb :mad:, its to be exspected really , two things aunt flow & easter :oand not making time to plan or make what i needed to eat , just grabbing & guessing what i was eating .
Well iv'e booked my holiday and its in 11 weeks , two weeks away 5*al and i have to get well forcused as i know i'm gonna put on and i won't to have a good time while i'm away , so i'm back down to basics , hitting the superspeed foods this weekend , freezing and baking like mad .0 -
Hi everyone,
I think I shall be popping my head in here...I've managed to get Slimming World on presriction from my GP and will hopefully be joining my local class next thursday. They won't be able to get the vouchers sent out in time for me to be able to start tonight, which is a shame cause I really wanted to get stuck in.
I'm hoping to give the new EE a go. I don't know much aout it but it sounds easier than Red and Green days.0 -
Hi all
Just wanted to report in, had my first weigh in on Tuesday and lost 1lb which considering what I ate and drank over the easter weekend I didn't think was too shabby. Want 3 next week if I can - only got 6 weeks to go until the holiday and obviously want to lose as much as possible for that.
Good luck to everybody
