Guess what? I've done it again, slipped off the SW eating plan and put on a stone, it is so easily done. I got up early today and spent time reading the last five pages of posts to get me back in the mood. I am off to the shops soon to stock up on superfree food.
I am going to record my weight change in my signature for the next 2 weeks - just to get me going.
Thanks everyone for posting as you do provide me with inspiration and good suggestions.
    Good luck everyone.

  • I had WI last night & lost 3 pound! YAY, after my blip of half on the week before I was chuffed! 11 pound in 6 weeks now.
However I hav been suffering for a terrible migraine since yesterday morning so really didnt eat much yesterday before weighing, hope it wasnt a fake loss because of that! Also my usual consultan was away so another one was covering, are all of their scales calibrated to be the same? We all know how different scales can weight you soooo differently!

    Just a really quick question....

I can't find the Quorn Swedish style meatballs on the SW web site.
Does anyone know whether they're free or not or a green day?

    Thanks in advance!
  • Hi all

I am still in target, but I am starting to creep towards the top of me allowed range, so action is called for - and for anyone who has known me a while, you will know that this involves ...

    Theme week

This week will be - Indian week

I have done this before, but it gives me a chance to use my cook books (250+ of them ) focus on a theme to have the opportunity to try the more unusual, or less obvious recipes ...

It isn't going to be traditional 'curry and rice' though (although, maybe for one night..) instead, using traditional recipes, many with an international twist, and delving into some of the more obscure regional variations - whilst staying 100% on plan, with the aim of losing a lb or two by the end of the week

Today though, having got back from the shops (and weigh in tonight ) I will be starting gently ..

    Today is a red day

B 0% greek with blackberries, tea (milk HA)

L Masala scrambled eggs ( eggs, onion, tomato, chilli and coriander) on 2 slices toast (HB) topped with sliced tomato - yum a very off theme muller light for afters (:money:gotta use up whats in the fridge!)

D Guinea fowl wrapped in bacon with spiced potatoes (B) and medlar (2 syns) infused onions.

Weigh in tonight so shall be back after that ...

    Hello,

I used to post back along on this thread but rather fell off the weight loss (and MSE) wagon:o.

So I have started back again, full of resolve and want to lose a chunk of weight so i can look stunning in a Bikini during my holiday (flight leaves 27th June!) :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I do the online bodyoptimise, which isn't as good as going to class , but I am hoping to find more will power than last time and want to join in as much as I can with this thread as I know that'll make a huge difference.

    today is red:
    B: 2 boiled eggs
L: large salad with tomatoes and french beans, ham and roast beef, dressing (1 tbs olive oil, HEB), fruit salad (rasps, strawbs, mango and grapes)
D: BBQ with marinated pork Chops (ginger, soy sauce), roast peppers, salad and 200g new potatoes (HEB).

HEA is milk and I might take a bit of cheese later.
Snacks: bananas, fat free yoghurt, fruit.
Syns - not thought about that yet but maybe a little sweet something?

Now that the weather is nice and warm I can see us having a lot more barbeques so great for red days and the children love them as well.

I'm now going to read through this thread a bit more to inspire me...

Hey Angie, those scrambled eggs sound very interesting. I must try them.

Last night's experiment for me was CousCous cake which was novel.

    Hiya everyone!
Popping my head in here as i'm due to start the diet tomorrow after buying my bikini today. I don't have too much to lose, only 10 lbs or so, but that's always the hardest. Lost 3 stone a couple of years ago and have kept 2 and a half of them off. :j
    So, hello! :)
