Pebble, I get it at a local independent supermarket that sells EVERYTHING. Mind, the only difference that I can see between it and Marmite is that you can't get a tealight into a Marmite Jar:jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j

Heelo, can I join in please, I went to my firs SW meeting this evening and it would seem I need to lose a stone and a bit.
Not sure how this thread works so I hope it's OK just to jump in. I'm afraid I'm off to bed now(before I eat all the cheese and bread) but will pop in in the morning for any advice,
Thanks

natalie, the baked bean lasagne is fantatic isn't it, so tasty, have made it a few times and always enjoyed it.As you know its free on green but I made it a bit different this time, I added 100g bacon , which made it even more tasty, this would now change to extra easy, plus healthy extra for cheese0

Can someone point me in the direction of the baked bean lasagne recipe please.
Hi Toochoosy.0 -
Me too for the baked bean lasagne please!
Today I have had
Breakfast - Bacon rasher, grapes
lunch - bacon, syn free sausages, scrambled egg, tomatoes, beans
snack - 3 plums (the aldi 69p ones and they were lovely!)
Dinner - stir fry (peppers, cabbage, onions, mushrooms, beansprouts), with turkey breast fillet and a few noodles; mullerlight
Snack - can of caffeine free diet coke with some lean boiled ham and Sainsburys BGTY egg mayo; an apple and a few grapes.
Drinks have been cups of tea with milk as HEA; syns have been about 5 for a bit of low cal salad cream on the ham.
I am really stuffed now and feel like I won't lose any weight - I also haven't had my HEB but I am not going to have anything else now.
I like the idea of a notebook to keep as a food diary - I will get a nice pretty one when I am next in the shops!
Hope you are all having a good evening.Jane
