Ok guys, i need a bit of help please
Am trying for my first green day (been doing EE so far)
So far: (hea Milk for tea/coffee)
B. 1oz bran flakes, yogurt,raspberries
L. HM carrot and coriander soup. 4 dark ryvitas with tiny bit of ELF cream cheese. banana.
S. iced finger bun (? syns, probably loads:o but am just sooooo hungry!)
Now bearing in mind I have played 3 hours solid tennis today and am STARVING, I am planning to have pasta with tomato and veg sauce for dinner but without a bit more protein will probably be hungry all evening. What, if anything, can I add to my tea to make it more substancial without going 'off plan'?

The thing about slimmming world is that you really shouldn't be hungry!
It takes some forward thinking but make sure you have plenty of free foods to snack on.
How about some quorn chunks with your pasta sauce? Superspeed food & will bulk it up a bit. If you're hungry, try not to go for the cakes, go for the fruit bowl, mullerlight or on green a mugshot or some cous cous for example.0 -

Quorn meatballs are yummy if you want something more with your pasta. Or you could plan a fab pudding like a big HM egg custard or some of Marions rice?0 -

I obviously NEED to get some quorn! Both those ideas sound yummy so have stored them for another day. Have opened some kidney beans to put in the pasta sauce to bulk it out a bit and have also got some pudding rice out ready for Marions rice for pudding (or supper) so that should sort me out for today
This has made me realise though that I need to eat a bit more earlier in the day to avoid that horrid ravenous feeling - especially on days where I am doing a lot of sport

Cheese to nibble on? I tend to have it on my food so use it as 42g half fat cheddar, but you could also go for babybel lights or laughing cow triangles too.0 -

Are people losing on Extra easy? Cause it`s not working much for me!
Did not even have syns some days and never went over and lost a whole 1lb this week!
Going back to rwd and green-mostley green to see if that helps0
