:mad: I bluddy well forgot to go to my new class last night
I am constantly forgetting appointments and things at the moment, I'm YEWSLESS!!!
Still, I had a day on plan yesterday and am planning the same today :T
Today I think I will have:
mullerlight for breakfast
snack:: 3 pogen crisprolls (B)
lunch: hmmmmm not sure, but I've got a bag of mixed diced veg, so probably a chunky soup with some crisprolls again (B) NB I do have other HEB's honestly
Dinner: Mushroom risotto. Cheese on top (A)
I might see if I can be syn free today. Had 12 yesterday ( cheese fest!) and would like a few extra to play with at the weekend. I'm also going to do some exercise today, either walk the horse by foot rather than ridden, or just go for a walk myself around the forest. Who am I kidding, Its much more fun to take the horse!0 -
Morning all! I see Flat Eric posted last night ..........phew at least one of the old faces is around ( didn't mean that old bit literally FE
)
Angie thanks for your comments about celeriac, I might give it a go if i find it going cheap. Last night I had a chicken stirfry and that was yummy.
I thought I'd share my menu with you people to get some kind of feedback ('scuse the pun) I've been doing this for nearly a year now and I'm kind of thinking I might have it sussed and if thats the case then some newbies might find it useful and if I'm doing it all wrong maybe someone could enlighten me!
Today (Red Day)
Weetabix with milk for brekkie(HEB and part HEA)
HM Butternut Squash soup, Finn Crisp crackers (HEB) topped with cottage cheese then fruit and activia ff yoghurt for lunch.
I'm making a cottage pie type thingy ( lean mince dry fried and thoroughly drained/squeezed) topped with mashed swede instead of tatties.
Drinks: Coffee/Diet coke/ SF Squash.
Snacks: Fruit/ SW Quiche
Syns: Pkt Quavers (5syns)and probably a couple (if I can restrain myself) of Sweeties from the tin at work (?syns)
All comments gratefully received. :beer:When Life Throws You Lemons Make Lemonade0 -

Anyway, your meal plan sonds fine, that cottage cheese is VLF isn't it? IIRC i think tinned choccies are 3 syns each

Sorry Naturally ( and other established members) I didn't mean to exclude you, We were just saying yesterday that a few seem to have stopped posting and had they, perhaps,dropped along the wayside. Someone mentioned Flat eric and then lo and behold she posted last night, her ears must have been burning!!
Quiche: mushrooms/onions/peppers/lean ham/eggs/ cottage cheese(Yes VLF;))
Cottage pie : I also add a tin of chopped tomatoes with garlic to give the sauce a bit more oomph!When Life Throws You Lemons Make Lemonade0 -

Oh no offence taken, just wasn't sure if I'd been enough of a regular poster to be recognised
