    Hi

stupid question of the day :p but do you have to have both an A and B - its just that i havent had an A today and dont know whether to just go and grab a chunk of cheese or not have anything (don't like drinking milk) I'm on EE plan at the mo.

Oh and please don't leave this thread, I have only just found you all :o
  • not going anywhere ... for the mo :D

not a stupid question at all .. you do need to consider your A choice on EE as it is your calcium. I know some people have said 'oh, but I have yogurt etc' but, If you choose to follow SW strictly, then yes, you should indeed go grab that piece of weighed out cheese!

Also anyone know how many syns in a cadburys easter egg, the small choclate button type...
    Thanks

I thought that when I joined SW alcohol and chocolate would be a big no no. How wrong was I? my evening treat during my first few weeks of SW was a glass of wine (6 syns) and a packet of cadbury's treat size buttons (4 syns). each one can be savoured :D highly recommend

I was just sitting down to update you all on my sw news or lack of it when my cat decided to bring in a mouse

despite it being almost april, i still havent regained my sw mojo since xmas

i visited a different class tonight hoping it would inspire me.

it was strange going to a different class, a different consultant, different faces. I will be glad to go back to my own class next week as I missed all my friends. it was interesting visiting a different class though.

I have to turn things round. i weighed tonight at my heaviest since January 08!

im tired tonight but will sit down tomorrow and plan the week's menu. Im aiming to treat this week as my first week at SW. hope I get on ok.
