Hi all, after a really motivated January I fell off the wagon big style so here I am back again with my tail between my legs
Having only just started today I now weigh more than in January (only 1lb) but still..... so target I am aiming for is to lose at least 7lbs by my hols in May, I know that may not be alot but I figure if I dont aim too high I mught have a chance of getting there - lol
todays meals
breakfast - sultana bran (HEB) milk (HEA)
Lunch - pork / cauli / boiled pots (counted 2 syns for the tiny amount of gravy I had) Pear / Muller light
Dinner - Chicken / cauli / carrots / jacket pot / yorks pud (3 syns) / gravy (2 syns)
Supper - plate of mixed seafood / prawns
Drank loads of water and had coffee with the rest of the HEA
Im hungry so might have to go to bed son :rotfl:
Hopefully this is a good EE day? any comments please let me know, I need to stick to it properly this time and feel really motivated again right now.
I also need to keep up with the thread - Ive got loads to catch up on, not least a whole new thread to read

Hey, Have you tried museli with yogurt for breakfast? its your HEB but not A, coz the yogurt is free... honestly its WELL BETTER then cereal with milk! I absolutely LOVE THAT! and another breakfast I like to eat is peppered macrel grilled for like 1 minute to get it warm with a banana. its so good! (if you like fish that is).... or you could have yogurt and fruit but I like to have something hearty!"A Peakcock that sits on its tail feathers is just another damn Turkey' - Dolly Parton

Woo Hoo great loss Arty!!:j
I also found my appetite decreased - a bit :rotfl: - but it didn't keep going :rotfl: I think the important thing is to learn to listen to your body and eat when you are hungry (and not when you are not!)
Dips for veggies - if you love hummous - have you made your own? I use my processor to blend - tin of drained chick peas, 1 or 2 crushed garlic, salt, squeeze lemon juice, 2 tbsp (or more to taste) lf yog/fromage frais etc etc - so far you are free on green, and so far this makes a lovely chick pea style dip ...
... if you want to turn it to hummous, add 2 tbsp tahini paste (6 syns or 1 HB choice) - but remember, this is for a whole tin of chickpeas! you get a lot of hummus for your syns ...
Or make a creamy garlic dip by blending quark or yog with garlic and some chives ...
or a raita style dip - vlf yog with chopped or grated cucumber, some chopped mint, a splash of vinegar and maybe some cumin seeds ...
marions rice is cooked pudding rice (in water, til very soft) transfered into a bowl and mixed with a muller yog and chopped fresh fruit. Very similar to a muller rice but syn free ... good warm or chilled, and very filling for breakfast
