B: fruit & fibre (HEB) with milk (HEA) cup tea
L: Wholemeal roll(HEB) with tinned crabmeat 1tbsp light mayo (2.5 syns)
Mullerlight, diet coke. an applemixed veg stir fry, salmon fillet, SW egg custard (2.5 syns) glass water
snack : pkt of ww mini hoops (3.5 syns).0 -

Thank you. I wasn't very cear in my original post, should have added that i am being made redundant too so massive money worries and comfort eating going onAlthough i am trying to sort out re-training to work with horses which should be really really exciting but daunting too.
My class is near work, a 35 mile commute, and since i am off sick/ about to be made redundant I thought it would be a good idea to go to one nearer home and a rejoin would set me up much better as I hate hate HATE the do gooders who "help" at class tut tutting if you have had a few weeks off, and I can't guarantee that this wobn't happen tonight. Plus I can get back the money on the re-join fee by selling books on ebay0 -

Congratulations Natalie! I have weigh in later & I really hope I can get rid of the half pound from last week & another 1 to get to my half stone. Had a dream last night I'd lost 3 & half, now that would be good!!0 -
I am very very pleased as SOM only includes weigh-ins up to last week so actually only had 3 weigh ins
- the certificate says 10lb
- need 2.5 off to get my stone award next week so may try success express for a couple days in the week
- need to be organised though!

I joined a gym a couple of weeks ago and put 1.5lb ON which so dissappointed me then last week I lost 1.5 lb apparently because I have upped my water intake to a minimum of 3 pints a day ( it seems that your muscles hang on to water when you start to exercise so I was told).
Hopefully I will have lost a bit more this week as I'm going to the gym 3 times a week and feel pretty fit for it too.
