Today was a challenge for me, I had a childrens birthday party with a free bar (friends own the place) and yummy adult food too, was so pleased with myself, all I had was grapes & strawberries : )!

B: Mini shreaded wheat & Milk, Tea
    S: grapes & strawberries
L: Ham omlette with Beans (oh and some cheese, whoops!)
D: kids are away and so we treated ourselves to a takeaway, went as healthy as possible, grilled chicken kebab, but with chips and pitta (I'm guessing 17 syns).

Ok so I've slipped today - put not as much as I could have!

Another kids party at same place 2moro so must resist - again!

I've shopped online again for this week so Monday Mr T is bringing lots of healthy foods to avoid any naughty treats slipping into the trolley (but went to Asda tod to stock up on Mullers, lol!).

    evening all

I have now updated the pages at the beginning of this thread with what I hope is some useful info. I am sorry it has taken so long but its been a bit hectic and I wanted to be in the right frame of mind.

    I welcome any suggestions.

I have done a FAQ section. If you have a question that you think needs adding then let me know. I will also be posting a different recipe each week. if you have a recipe that you would like to be featured then PM me the recipe. I will change the recipe each week storing the removed recipe in an archive file on my pc which I can e-mail to anyone who wants it - just pm me your e-mail address.

In other news, things remain stagnated for me but Im sticking with it despite my strong desire to give up. Im going to a different class on Monday as I think a different class and different people will prove inspirational.

    dont forget about the clocks!!

    Heres mine:beer:

Does anyone else take their jewellery off to get weighed... I have one of those Pandora bracelets with charms on and it weighs loads so I have been taking it off as I was thinking every little helps. Is that sad?

I typically wear the same clothes for weigh in i.e. skirt over my heavy trousers. thin top, cardi removed. I dont remove my glasses (although have been tempted!) and did remove all jewellery when I weighed in before my xmas party!

Nice to see you back :p

word of warning - I strongly suggest you tone down your post 3 to contain less details, and more a general overview of the plan - ie, there are two plans (red and green, red you can freely eat meat, green you can freely eat carbs), HE's and syns, you need to join to get the details ... you know the form. Many previous posts (including my previous post 3) where your text has been included have been deleted by the 'powers above', and clearly it gives too much info.
  • Well iv been out for a curry tonight & im quite proud of myself.
Resisted the poppadoms & dips & ordered sagg allo (potato & spinich) with plain rice, on a green day so rice, potato & spinich is free so only the curry sauce & id only had half a syn b4 i went so hopefully havent gone over!
I have no idea how i did it, my friends kept offering me a little bit of a pop but i knew if i had some id think ah, well, may as well have a whole one!!
Really enjoyed my curry tho :) was just annoying wen 3 out of 14 people ordered starters & everyone else had to just sit & wait & watch until it was time for the main courses....ah well!!
Hope everyones had a good day, my fridge is full to bursting with mullers from asda, stocked up again before the offer (4 4 £1) runs out next week. I also have 3 pineapples in th ekitchen & the kitten has been playing with a butternut squash I got to make risotto with in the week!
Right bedtime I think, work 2moz & I guess really i should think its 20 past 1 cos of the hour!

    Hi everyone,
I am slowly getting to grips with the plan, am doing EE and think it is working ok so far. Went out for lunch yesterday with friends and while they all had something fried and chips, I had jacket pot with bacon, onions and a dollop of creme fraiche (quite proud of myself for that, as before my resolve would always of crumbled just at the last minute)

Only thing i am struggling with is what i am going to do for breakfast during the week that is quick and easy, i really don't have time to cook in the morning and so i think that my HE are both gonna be used on breakfast. Had loads of time today so had bacon, eggs, mushrooms & beans yuuuuuuummmmmm!

I am really going to have to be organised so that i dont slip up during Mon-Thurs when i am at work.
