Hope someone can help?
Got some Branston Chick peas in a Masala sauce, can not find `Branston` on syns online and on tin it says premier foods, but can not find under that. So did a syn cal on nutrition info and a tin came out at 19 syns on green!
Can that be right?
Thanks
Just compared it to a tin of baked beans and more of less the same
I am pretty sure they are free on green and EE, think they were in this or last months magazine on the new products page.
EDIT - oops sorry, didn't see this had already been answered! When life hands you lemons, ask for tequilla and salt and give me a call!!!0 -
Here is my food for the day
B: Rusks (6 syns) with milk (HE)
L: Sausage, Bread (HE)
Snack: Pink N White (3 syns)
Joes Burger, SW Chips, Salad, Asda GTY creamy coleslaw (4 syns)
Any thoughts appreciated, I am doing this on line with SW Body Optimise but do miss having the input of others on my diary hence why I keep asking you all.
A quick question I have just bought some syn free mug shots and batchelors pasta, as they are free can I have them as a snack or only as part of a meal ? Sorry if this seems a dim question.
Thanks in advance

They can be eaten as snacks or as part of a meal - as long as you are on a green or EE day! When life hands you lemons, ask for tequilla and salt and give me a call!!!0 -
*****sneaks in, head hanging in shame*******
ok, I have a confession to make, but I have excuses first.
Went to class last night and bought some of the hi-fi bars. This morning, had one cause I was waiting for my healthy shop from Mr.T(tomorrow morn) and wasn't sure what to have , 5 mins later tummy gurggling and had to go to the loo(T.M.I. sorry), didn't have too much yesterday, so thought it was a bug. At lunchtime, had some prawns and salmon with chilli dipping sauce(synned). After work(dinner-lady), potching round house, got hungry, but no time/food in, so anther hi-fi bar, ditto this morning!!
Anyway, by this evening was starving so I had a full fat lovely chinese.
Can I please be forgiven and start again tomorrow?????:o
Sorry haven't kept up with the thread, I have a very dodgy internet connection............0 -
Tomorrow is another day, however I dont think it'll work if we say this about everyday.
Maybe stay off the hi-fi bars?0 -

I'm on minimins too but don't post very often. I find it a bit confusing to use for some reason.
Had a bad day yesterday - we've all had a tummy bug so haven't eaten for 3 days so yesterday I had to have what I fancied which consisted of chips from chip shop with curry sauce  oh and a creme egg and about 4 chocolate marshmallows !!! Well I'm back to work today on afternoons and I'm not going to be able to resist again!!!!
And OH has now lost 1 stone in 3 days due to the bug and i lost a measly 1lb :mad:Little Miss Chatterbox
