Wow - KFC 2 piece meal for that many points sounds good to me! I slipped last night as I wasn't prepared, I had egg fried rice (homemade with frylight), stir fried chicken, carrot ribbons and brocolli but then added Sharwoods Kung Po sauce, 37 syns for a jar (ok so I only ate just under half the jar but OMG!).
This is where I'm slipping I use far too many sauces in jars/packets that I need to find recipies and replacements for.....and quick!
Today, still trying to follow EE:
B: 2 Weetabix, Milk, Tea (1 sugar)
S: Bunch of grapes, Tea (1 sugar - this is my last main vice I can't give up)
L: I have come to work with no lunch so need help and quickSteak and SW wedges with brocolli
I'm going it alone and it is my first week, going to weigh myself Monday, my friend who does SW has her weigh in on a Monday so teamed it into this!
Just reading you have all set goals, I'm slacking here as I've not done this, I know where I would like to be but afraid to admit it as I'll never make it and feel a bit silly as reading these posts some of you are doing so well loosing lots and I only have a bit to loose but just never seem to manage it!

Hi everyone
Finally went to my first weigh in yesterday, very friendly people but am feeling a little overwhelmed at the mo. Gonna try EE plan and see how i get on. Have had brekkie - Beans on toast (one slice wholemeal) but really don't know what to do for rest of day, suppose i need to get off computer and have a look and see whats in the fridge  I suppose its gonna take me a few days to get into the swing of things. Have bought latest magazine and was given the all the books you are given when you start - so lots of reading for me.
Only annoying thing is i didnt see the password last night so am unable to get started online until next week.
Right - am off to see what food is in and may pop to shops0 -

Lunch - for a speedy, storcupboard lunch, I would probably either have:
omlette - mush or tomato or veg or bacon or spanish (potato, onion and pea) with either salad or veg or jacket spud ...or
soup - basically veg cooked in stock and left chunky or whizzed smooth - think potato and leek or tinned toms with other chopped veg (could even add pasta) or carrot or pea and ham (frozen peas, stock, bacon or ham) or courgette or parsnip etc etc etc0 -

forgive me forum members, for I have synned ...
Excuses first though - DD ( who has a host of medical stuff wrong) was very ill last night, and I was up every 2 hours with her 12/2/4/6 .. so I have spent today being totally knackered, and not up for much.
Hope your DD is okay and you had a better night last night x0 -

lunch: pasta, dolmio (2syns) and 7 olives (1 syn)
dinner: quorn nuggets x 6 (3syns) sw chips and plum tomatoes
snack: muller, mugshots, tinned pineapple
5 syns left (sticking to 11 ish a day this week)
milk (HEA) and hi-fi (HEB)
1 more HEB and HEA to have so prob a jacket with some meat and low fat soft cheese......... to use them both. I need to go shopping. Might go for walk to co-op to get cheese for pasta later.....0 -

Ok WI last night was not so good :(I managed to gain a lb and all because I've had a 'munchy' week, It's totally my own fault and thoroughly deserved. However, as in previous weeks when I've gained I will not change my signature as it will be gone next week, hopefully along with at least one more of the little blighters. I thought I'd use the challenge as a way to refocus.
1. Cook a SW meal you have NEVER had before!
I've just made a SW quiche, I've not tried that before
2. Do 15 mins EXTRA exercise in addition to what you normally do! - I'll need to up the walking this week.
3. Buy and eat a piece of fruit you have not had for ages! - I'm not sure what to do for this one yet!
4. Add your own personal target for the week here. To lose at least the 1lb I gained this weekWhen Life Throws You Lemons Make Lemonade0 -
