L = left over Asda Chickpea Dahl and rice (FREE), muller light

Is the Asda Chickpea Dahl a free food?? If so, is is chilled/frozen/from curry counter??

Any other prepared veggie curries that are free?

    Thanks!

Today I was very very good, as I was at a day long meeting in the middle of nowhere all day and there was a buffet working lunch (so couldn't really take my own food to eat). I ate a banana and 2 mini babybells (HEA) on way to meeting. I resisted all the biscuits and sweets that were on the table in front of me :D and from the buffet I had 2 small egg and tomato triangle sandwiches (wholewheat bread - HEB), pickled onions, loads of fruit from a fruit platter and loads of veg crudities from the dip tray (no dip)!! I resisted pizza and cheese pasties!! Yey!

Thank you brownjasperdog it has been an awful week and now we've all got a bug!!!!
Just went to class briefly (feeling rotten and belly was very dodgy so it was a very quick visit) and I've lost a 1lb - i know its a loss but bit disappointed as I haven't eaten for days. Hubby just jumped on the scales as he is poorly too and has lost 9lb in 3 days

    Hiya girls

this has probably already been asked on these boards but how many pounds do u need to lose before you go down a dress size please, thanks x

It's a really individual thing. For me, it's roughly a stone per dress size, but the more I lose the more I need to lose to drop another size. I don't know why!

Oh gosh, I think you've done incredibly well just to get to class with so much going on at the minute. Well done, and keep hanging in there.

try not to be disheartened - my other half lost lots of weight at the beginning whilst I had losses of 1lb etc week after week, but his slowed right down, and I caught up (slowly slowly catchy monkey :rotfl: ).

One year on, we have both lost exactly the same.

Try not to get mad - you will get even ;)

It is in a can & its amazing! Bout 70p, i warm it in a pan & mash it up a bit, have it with SW chips & its feels like such a treat!! You must all try it! Make sure its asdas one tho, i think sainsburys is something silly like 17 syns for the tin!!

You were really good :T :A I have been known to steal the salad ganish :rotfl: and the fruit bowls are often ignored by most people, so you get lovely fruit. Saying that, it IS really hard to resist the nibbly bits - I hope you are well rewarded :T
