I am a lapsed SW member and will be rejoining on Tuesday am - just wanted to know about Extra Easy ie is it a slower weight loss to Red, Green days? Is it really as simple as choosing from everything available on Red/Green days except only 1 HA and 1HB?

Sounds too good to be true!!

Evening guys! I'm feeling very virtuous, just finished 30 mins of exercise, and for me that's LOADS :A :A :A

Heehee. Oh and I found the WW Brown Danish (THREE slices for a HEb) in Asda, in case anyone else is like me and willing to travel for the sake of being able to eat more bread!

I also bought some WW chocolate whip sachets. On the website it says this:

Weight Watchers Chocolate Dessert Whip, made up as directed, dried 69g serving

red.gif Original 2 Syns green.gif Green 2 Syns

If you are having an Extra Easy day, choose the lower Syn value

Do you think that means that if you're taking the milk used in it is part of your HEa, you can take a syn off (as 63ml of skimmed milk = 1 syn)?? Or am I pushing the boundaries? :D

Yes it really is as simple as that - almost! Any syns you have will be counted at the lower number ie. if something is 2 syns on green but 1,589 on red you count it as 2 syns. Some people have found that they do lose a little slower on EE but then others have found the opposite. I think the secret to a good loss on EE is to follow the suggestion of SW and try to fill 1/3 (at least) of your plate with superfree foods. Good luck!

Hiya girls

this has probably already been asked on these boards but how many pounds do u need to lose before you go down a dress size please, thanks x
• I've got weigh in tonight and I'm really hoping for a loss but not sure. We've all been ill in our house this week and still feeling awful. Some kind of dysentery bug I think !! I also had to have my dalmation put to sleep yesterday so I don't think that has helped my belly :(
I have eaten very little compared to normal and only managed a piece of toast so far today :(

So sorry to hear about your doggy xx
• Progress so far:
Cook a SW meal you have NEVER had before!
I will try the Baked Bean Lasagne!
2. Do 15 mins EXTRA exercise in addition to what you normally do!
I normally do nothing so I will commit to 15 minutes on my trampette!
3. Buy and eat a piece of fruit you have not had for ages!
[strike]I have ordered an Ugli fruit in my shopping delivery so that will be something new![/strike]
4. Add your own personal target for the week here.

I will aim for 1 lb off this week.
For future reference, an ugli fruit is pretty much just an out of control satsuma! Me and the kids shared it and enjoyed the novelty. I am just wondering who to stick the "Ugli" sticker to now...:rotfl:
