okay, my food so far today has included:

    breakfast: porridge (A&B) sugar (1)
brunch: smash, b.beans & pasta & cheese (A)(i am trying to clear stock cuboards!)
mid- afternoon smash & cheese (B)
Dinner: hmmmmm don't know yet but prob mushroom risotto as i have rice and dried mushrooms in... may have to spend 6 syns on cheese to go with it. I am also in a choccie mood so maybe another 6 syns on a curley wurley, although i want to save my syns for a drinking eve on saturday.

I've decided that Monday is my weigh-in day so that I can pretend to be one of the rest you going to club :-)

3.5lbs this week which i think is down to having two extra red days. However I have now injured my leg which is swollen with fluid so i'm counting next week as a STAR week :rotfl:

No it's not just you........................it is really quiet, I said something earlier today, where is everybody? Not seen Catt post for ages neither have I seen Judds or Kelly. Do you think we're missing out on something earth shattering that they know about and we don't? :D

    Hello all!

    Week 2 / day 1

Not a good start! I weighed myself (this morning and tonight with about 2lb differrence!!!) but can you belive I can't remember what I was last week, I should have written it down - so this week I will, one bad thing about going it alone!

Bad start continued, had to work today (don't usually work Monday) and had a meeting that ended up lasting nearly all day, I didn't take any lunch so things went from bad to worse, lol!

B: 2 weetabix, apple, tea (good start!)
S: 4 digestive biscuits (whoops) and tea (14 syns I think?), and lots of Smoked white fish (I work in a fish factory and was launching a new product so had to test it...lots, at least it's not that bad!)
Lunch (when I finally got it at 3pm!): Ham sandwich (granary bread, scraped with butter), oh and a pre-sliced slice of cheese.
D: 2 x packets Batchelors mild cheese & brocolli pasta

So not quite sure what kind of a day I've had today - other than a bad one! I'm not to good at this dieting lark!

I have just borrowed SW Comfort eating & 100 Green recipies hope I'll get some inspiration.

  • .. well I am almost starting to hope there is something earth shattering out there ... just hoping that they come back to fetch us!

I have recently been posting on mini mins - xnatalie81x posted a link to it - it is similar to this, but instead has a whole forum on SW rather than just the one thread ... obviously takes a bit of getting used to, but it is a much larger community of SW'ers. Don't want to leave this place yet though, and there is no sign of the others there ...

where could they all be hiding

Not too bad - just call it Mix 2 max, and relabel your meals:

    snack - weetabix (B) and milk (A)
    snack - digestives (14 syns)
    B - smoked fish - RED
L - RED - ham, bread (B) butter (2 syns) cheese (syns or A choice)
D - GREEN - pasta - no idea of syns or if this is free, but it will better on a green meal.

There you go, if we are kind you could say that today was B choices, 2 A choices, a little over on your syns, but not too bad

    Well done!! :rotfl: :T

... maybe a bit more forward planning tomorrow though :o
