Evening all, I'm hoping that I've STS this week. I've had a dodgy week food and exercise wise and today didnt follow the plan quite as much as I hoped I would, oops! I had a chicken baguette for lunch and this evening am having omelette and chips.
I have next week off work so am looking forward to having the time to try out lots of new recipes. They have the internet on computers now?! - Homer Simpson

Couldn't live without jacket potatoes........I have one most days and vary the filling daily. Fast food and healthy too!
Top tip - develop a liking for water - sparkling, chilled is lovely and hot with a slice of lemon is really good as a detoxifier.I let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -

I might ask OH to get me a 12 week countdown for my Xmas.
Skint_Catt is spot on - the price goes up to £4.95 in the New Year. Most of the increase is down to the rent for the venues rising year on year. If you get the 12 week countdown before the increase it will be £45.I let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -
Morning all, after last weeks ups and downs I'm amazed today to find I've lost another lb!! that's 9lb off in 7 weeks now! wooooooo!
I can only wonder now what the result would have been if I had really stuck to the plan last week?!They have the internet on computers now?! - Homer Simpson

Hi all, this is my first post on this thread.
I rejoined S/W last Wednesday, ( I lost 21lb in 2006 with S/W help).
I have been back 3 times since and gave up after a couple of weeks each time.
I really want to stick at it this time. I have a holiday booked in 3 weeks time, if I can shift at least 7 lbs before I go I feel it will help.
I am determined to go to class as soon as I get back, knowing full well after a 2 week all inclusive holiday that I will have probably done a lot of damage!!!

Like I suspected I STS again this week, so think thats it for any weight loss until baby is born! I am just going to try and do the best I can eating and exercise wise, I eat healthily even when I'm not on SW just a bit too much iyswim, so not gonna stress too much as I have really bad morning sickness, so just trying to eat what I can hold down/ can stomach the thought of eating. I'm off to buggy fit again in the morning so at least doing a bit of exercise! Lol! I haven't had 100% today, though rest of the weekend not been too bad. I was naughty today and had a linda mcCartney pie with my 'roast' and that is twice the amount of points I should have in a day, also had 2 bourbons this morn so all in all a write off! lol. Back on it tomorrow eh!
Good on you mummy dumpling, sound as though your doing really well. Keep up the good work, you'll be my inspiration to eat better this week!0 -
I need to get on the water and fruit for the next two days now to see if I can at least sts - I'd hate to put on as I really want to hit interim target of 2stone by Xmas!0
