Yes, might do though I've found EE doesn't really do it for me. Tomorrow night though after WI I might be a bit naughty and have SW beef curry (OH is cooking tonight!) with loads of SW chips! :j0

Thanks Olly for trying for me anyhow:D much appreciated - maybe the Consultant knows the answer? Anyhow, got it down to only 2 hot lemons so far today, from 4 each day over the weekend. I might need another one later but will try to hold out for 3 at most. On the positive side am writing everything down today, keeps me from popping the odd naughty biscuit in the mouth when I know I have to write it in my book:rotfl:

Got 1HEb and 1HEa to spare though. Not sure I fancy more weetabix so might have to leave the HEb and just have hot chocolate (3 syns) with my HEa0 -

I've had too many HEb's today (about 4 and I'm on EE today!) so it's not looking good for WI tomorrow (usual WI day anxiety kicking in) but hey ho, start again.

sorry you're suffering with morning sickness, I'm still symptom free which gives me even less excuse to be not sticking to plan!aww I wish I was better inspiration - I put on 1.5lbs this week (over the past 2wks cos I couldn't go to WI last wk) Still it could have been a lot worse if I'd not got back on track again these past few days.
I'm going to try concentrating on eating healthily for me and my baby rather than worrying about the scales and see if shifting the focus helps me to keep on track (and if the scales start moving in the right direction again it will be a bonus! LOL)
My SIL joined SW tonight so we're gonna be emergency contacts for each other if we need support or get tempted. Just need to work out a yummy meal plan for the week and get the shopping ordered now
PS quorn peppered steaks are delish! I had one with SW chips and veggies the other day and really enjoyed it. Is definitely on my menu again this weekMum of 7 (aged 14y to 1y)
