Im a slow typer again SC :rotfl:. I always thought it was 12 syns for a half bottle and 24 ish for a full bottle? Is it really 27? God ive seriously been going over every weekend oops

there are 27 syns in a bottle of (red) wine. Think it's about the same for white/rose.

Yes you can save them up all week if you want but SW try to discourage this as it leads to binging after being sacrificial with your treats so they now say stick yto your 5-15 each day and if you have a big night/meal coming up just give yourself a higher syn level for that day, keep counting, stay in control and enjoy!

So you can have 10 syns every day and allow yourself 70 for a Saturday night. it's all about not binging and then throwing it all out the window 'cause you've gone over - it's all about keeping in control and getting 'back to it' the next morning.

    hi guys

i'm on day 2 ! going good so far

Have a little question for you , if you can help me it would be great.

I didn't have any sins yesterday - can i save up my sins ? and have say 30 in one night????? (heres wishful thinking for you!)

And does anyone know how many Sins in a Full Bottle of Wine?

    Many Thanks
    Sue

Like the others have said it's not a crime to save your syns though it's not encouraged. It doesnt matter if you dont have any syns one day and have your full 15 the next. If you have a big night coming up though I would use flexible syns rather than trying to be "good" all week and then blowing it in one night

Thanks. Thats not too bad. those few syns would soon add up though. I might keep in my head 26 then its gives leeway either side ( I do like my wine) I think it was consultant 31 or Angie loves veg posted on here ages ago it was around 24 so it always stuck in my head, I never actually bothered to find out myself. I really should change to vodka and d.coke or gin, but its not as enjoyable with a meal on a Saturday night.

Judd's is ok I think - he's still around - must find out why he's not posting as much, though knowing him he'll eat everything in sight and still lose ;) :kisses3:

I put on 0.5lbs tonight - too many meals out in Edinburgh . Must stay away from the wine, write my food diary again & be good!
100% days start again tomorrow for me as I've got my fridge stocked with good things! Who's on their highest 100% day then?????

I havnt seen Angie or Flat Eric on here for months, they were both great for ideas.I know Angie reached her target. I used to love reading what she was going to have for tea, it was always something a bit different and exciting. As SC said, I think Judds was around a month or so back, he had a huge loss that week if I remember correctly.
