Oh God and I bought some scan bran from SW class as everyone in the room who ate them seemed to have good losses.
What syn-free toppings can I use to seriously take the taste away - I hate stuff like these or ryvita's!!! And are they 0.5syns per slice?
Judds is fine and thinks no-one missed him. He's off to SW now but I'll push him this way laters!0 -

If you use the Scan Bran in a recipe they're not quite so [STRIKE]disgusting[/STRIKE] dry. I have a bunch of recipes if anyone wants them - one's a chocolate cake which is really quite passable!I let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -
hmm as tempting as it sounds I don't think a chocolate cake (albeit with scan bran) would show the same losses, but thanks

Sashanut, I presume these hot lemon drinks that you're having are for the symptoms of a cold?
If so, why not make your own syn-free ones with hot water, a thick slice of lemon (or the juice of ½ lemon) and drink it with a couple of paracetamol. I think you'll find that's about all that's in them but they're probably sweetened - you could always use Splenda if it's too sour for you (much more MSE too :money:)I let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -

Lol, well it wouldn't be good if you ate it all, but it's not bad at 6½ sins and a HEB for the whole cake. I slice it up and freeze all but one portion. It's the fibre that helps with the weight loss - and it really does work (iykwim) :rotfl:I let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -
lol, yes IKWYM! :rotfl:
Go on then - gimme the recipe (please) and I'll hold you to 3 lbs off!

Hi bhafc - you haven't counted your weetabix as a HEb and was the ravioli/yoghurt definately free (check syns online - just in case!)
So you've had one too many HEbs - maybe syn your weetabix? 2 = 7 syns or syn the extra mince beef - 3syns I think (plus your gravy!)0 -

No worries. I used to love the ravioli for work lunches but a lot of them (inc the veggie one IIRC) aren't free!
No worries - other than that looking good
