  • Hi guys,

im new to SW and the MSE forums tbh(altho im on them everyday lol Ive only started posting a few days ago) - only started last week and got my first weigh in tonight! eek!

Im about to have a baked potato for lunch and am on a green day - I've got a couple of queries.

Can I eat the skin of the Baked potato? and and I've got a whole can of WW baked beans, what the limit on the amount of beans I can have?

Any replies would be greatly welcomed!

As Peachy said you can eat unlimited baked beans, spag hoops etc on green and Extra easy. My fav is putting curry powder in my beans. And yes you can eat the skin, infact thats the best bit for weight loss as it contains fibre. enjoy

You really will need water with these things as they are sooo dry! Plus water helps things through too ;)

And chewy after the 3rd mouthful!

My wife syns some Nutella and crushes the Scan Bran to create homemade Ferrea Rocha (cant spell) chocolates.

Or just loads of Laughing Cow Light from an A Box

im so glad beans are free on SW I couldnt live without them at lunchtime or a quick brekkie. Ive also made baked bean lasagne that someone ( I think Judderman) posted on here ages ago, it is amazing, really filling and free. I beleive Skint Catt makes a nice pasta dish with them too.
sorry, you were only asking how much beans you could eat, Im hungry and started thinking about beans now. Im off for lunch hmmm what will I have?

    Hi guys,

I require your help assistance again! lol

The last weigh in of the month in our class we apparently have to make something and bring it in. I live with my parents and aint got no cash till payday tom (literally just enough for class fee tonight!).

I do have a box of mini meringue nest in my drawer at work and know that we've got exta light philly and creme fresh in the house.
Any one got any ideas what I can add to my meringues that I can take in?

Im actually not that fond of bb tbh would rather have spag hoops but its all that was in the cupboard the now! lol. Hmm I wonder if that lasagne could be made with spag hoops instead? That would be yummers!

    Thanks for your advice

I appreciate any advice that people can give a SW newbie like me!

have you got sweetener and paper cases in the house, the kind you use for cupcakes? You could buy some bargain basement strawberries, then chop up some strawberries really small, add a little sweetener, creme fraiche then crush the merangue nests through, mix up and serve in the paper cases, a mini eaton mess. That maybe too messy and means you have to buy strawberries, but you could add another fruit if you have it. They would only be a couple of syns each.
