Go on then - gimme the recipe (please) and I'll hold you to 3 lbs off!
Right, you're on
Scan Bran Chocolate Cake (1 HEB + 6½ syns)
5 Scan Bran (1 HEB)
28g cocoa powder (4½ syns)
1 level tbsp. Golden syrup (2 syns)
15g powdered sweetener
2 eggs, beaten
Break scan bran into small pieces then sprinkle on hot water. Leave a few minutes then break up with a fork, until scan bran resembles breadcrumbs (use extra hot water as necessary). Stir in the cocoa powder, syrup and sweetener. Mix in the beaten egg and stir well.
Line a loaf tin with foil and spray with Frylight. Bake for 25-30 minutes in a medium oven (190c).
OR
Place in a microwavable container and microwave on high for 5 minutes.I let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -

Evening - can I join in too, please?
I rejoined my local SW group a couple of weeks ago (weigh in on Thu am, shifts permitting) and hope to shift a stone for Xmas - only happened upon the thread while looking for the Wii fit thingie but now I've found you, can I play too?
I work silly shifts at an airport which makes weight loss a bit of a challenge but I'm determined not to be fat at 40 next year.
Thanks
lgI'd rather be watching CSI!0 -

Morning all
I weighed myself this morning - shouldn't really I know as official WI isn't until Sunday - and I'm showing a 2lb gain! eeeekkkkk!that'll be last nights birthday dinner and treats showing up then. We have tonnes of cake left over plus chocolates in the house that didn't get used up......help!
What I can do until Sunday to try and shift a 1lb or even two? I've worked really hard the past couple of months and I don't want one evening to ruin it all, even though it was a special occasion (OH really enjoyed himself!)They have the internet on computers now?! - Homer Simpson

What syn-free toppings can I use to seriously take the taste away - I hate stuff like these or ryvita's!!! And are they 0.5syns per slice?
Judds is fine and thinks no-one missed him. He's off to SW now but I'll push him this way laters!
Are Scan Bran really that bad? I was thinking of getting some as a shop across the street sell them and I heard they're good for getting things moving, won't bother now! They have the internet on computers now?! - Homer Simpson
