I would go for boiled rice (free) with a chicken (or veg 11.5) biryani (12.5 syns on green for 380g).
There is a section at the back of your syns page in your Food optimising book which is for eating out. Use your flexible syns - and enjoy your night. One night won't undo all your hard work![/QUOTE]
Hi there
I think biryani is the rice with veg/meat etc in (might be wrong though) and it comes with a veg curry sauce (usually mild). This is my favourite at Indian restaurants! Usually a nice big portion too!
A vegetable jalfrezi is 7 syns on green (which you could have with free boiled rice). It can be spicy though.0 -
Hi
Does anyone know the syn value for WeightWatchers hot chilli flavour tortillas? 77 calories per pack, fat 2.8g sat fat 0.3g
Thanks0 -
Afternoon all, I have the week off and feel so relaxed despite having a busy day that I'm practically horizontal!
I visited the doctors this morning, and was told that my blood pressure is down to something near normal after being very high for weeks. My doctor is very pleased with me and my efforts to lose weight and get fitter which are obviously having an effect now.
Last week I was contemplating having to start taking medication but thanks to SW I now don't have to!

Hello,
Just a wee tip that I've been finding useful for filling up on winter stodge. SW chips, obviously, and I've also been making sweet potato chips, with fry light, and adding some rosemary. They are delicious, and make good free evening snacking. Yum.
I've also been buying M&S bottles of Kir Royale or wine spritzers to save on syns and still feel like I'm treating myself. Does anyone know how to work out the syns for these?0 -
