has soda water got syns then??? i thought it was just water with carbonate, oh no!!!

No syns in soda water so drink as much as you want :)

As a point of interest for the people who go to group - the prices are set to rise in January so the last week in December would be a really good time to buy a countdown if you can scrape the money together. As well as getting 2 free weeks (with the 12 week c/d - 1 free week with the 6 week one) you will be paying todays prices instead of the higher one (very MSE) :j
I let my mind wander and it never came back!

I know that feeling. I remember going to class feeling really big and gross and then them saying "Well done, you have lost 3 and 1/2 pounds"! - it can be really random this weight thing. Still 2 lbs is good is it not?

I only do green days as I'm veggie so it may be a lot different on red or extra easy. Personally I would order either a chow mein with vegetables and noodles in which are free, then ask them if they can cook it in as little oil as poss (my chinese do this for me and it is the nicest I have tasted, as I hate that greasy mouth feeling) or I would order some boiled rice and a main dish that is more vegetabley than saucey iyswim.

got WI tomorrow but I sneakily weighed myself this morn and looks as if I have stayed the same again. Looks like it will just be this way now, until I start to put on the baby weight. I am really bloated, and already have a bit more of a belly, I know they say it goes on quicker with no. 2 but seriously? This quick? Been really good on my food and exercise this week so I know I'm at least doing the best I can for me and baby atm!

Had a pretty good week, only lost 1lb though. Have had 100% days since Monday, I had a little extra wine last night after weigh in but will even the syns out over the week. Got the new mag yesterday and feel inspired again. Im going to sit down and plan my shopping for the week and try to make at least 3 meals from the mag.

This is going to sound strange but I think ive finally figured out why I havnt managed to stick to SW for most of last year, where as my first year I lost almost 3 stone and found sticking to it easy. I think its because I have in the back of my head that SW works and is really good and I know I can lose the weight easily if I stick to it. In other words, I keep thinking I have plenty of time to lose the weight so not to worry, I can start it another day! But now ive piled on 2 st since last xmas and only now realised times running out if I want to get to target by xmas.
Does this make sense? I know what I mean in my head :rotfl:

I am so much happier I no longer have scales! The battery ran out and I just did not replace it. It is so tempting to keep hopping on and off (me) and then whatever the outcome would affect my mood for the rest of the day and I can vary by 4 lbs at any moment of the day. Maybe you could hide the scales or get rid of them as you know you are doing your best and then relax and enjoy your pregnancy?

:hello: Well I'm still in Edinburgh and feeling bloated and HUGE :(
Must get back on the fruit & red days when I get home I think. My (green) meals have been ok and I've been walking in and out of town lots to meet OH from work (3miles a day without my shopping on top on Princes Street ;) ) but there has been LOTS of wine and I feel massively fat :( ) Tried to find something to wear for a friends wedding in a few weeks time and was too scared to try anything on anywhere 'cause they're all 'skinny' shops (Next, Zara, designers in Jenners/Debenhams). Would have maybe in BHS/Marks but couldn't see anything I remotely liked.
