Im going to sw on Thursday . Im hoping that Ill lose some weight as first week was 6.5lb loss but second week 1lb gain. Iv been really good this week and if Iv lost something this time It will motivate me to keep on track.

I am slowly working through the thread from the beginning to pick up any hints and recipes.

Early on there is a discussion on BGTY (Sainsbury) Egg Mayonnaise sandwich filler and whether it is free or not or should be free due to the mayo.

In my book it says it is 0.5 -1 syn per TBSP (I forget which). Can anyone clarify this syn value for me or if it is free?

I can confirm that it does have syns. At one time it was marked as free but apparently it was a mistake. It was nice while it lasted though:o:p!
