Thanks Retired lady , I found out they are 6.5 syns a sachet
.
I made the sachet into TWO massive cookies ,and they are amazing:j.
They came out more cakey but a wonderful way to use the syns , I love playing with food ,lol.
recipe ....
Empty "Oat so simple" sachet in a bowl = 6.5 syns
add one egg = FREE
add 2 tablespoons of splenda = FREE
28g plain flour = 5 syns
Mix together well, then spray a baking tray with fry light and
place the mixture onto the tray (to make 2 cookies) and flatten slightly.
Bake for about 15 - 20 mins , gas mark 6 ? ( until golden ).Kindness costs nothing0 -
Hi - First Post
I was wondering if there was such a thing as an iphone app or mobile website that can be used to obtain the syn value of foods.
Just carrying that syn bible around tesco could be a bit cumbersome
Thanks

Thanks Nic, my buggyfit class was great. It was a bit harder than I thought it would be, but not too hard, just right. Though did make my morning sickness worse! I'm going again on Wed and will def go back next week.
Hope you had fun swimming, my DD loves it but she has had a cough recently so we haven't been for a while. I love swimming though, and it doesn't feel like exercise to me, it's just getting to the pool. Especially in winter with wet hair! Brrrrrr!0 -
