Mummy dumpling, yes I am very bloated too. I have been trying to drink lot's of water but it's not making a difference. With DD I gained weight very quickly, then didn't gain any for months then just in the last few weeks gained a bit more iyswim, so maybe I'll be the same with this one. I need to try and keep active even though I'm so tired, I think it does help me to feel better in the long term. I've done 1/2 hour of yoga this morn and I'm going to go for a walk this avo. I'm going to go to buggyfit on mon morn too. I am determined to get back on track.

I had a rubbish day yesterday so back to day 1 for me too! It was my mums bday and I baked a big cake for her (which I can't eat) but as my 2 aunts who don't eat dairy were coming I baked a vegan banana cake with choc buttericing, and a vegan date and walnut cake. They were healthy (wholewheat flour, no sugar just agave nectar and banana to sweeten etc) but not very good SW wise! I had a slice of each, and some crisps and a few crackers too! Then thought sod it and had 1/2 portion of chip shop chips for dinner. :( It's amazing how easily you can blow a day! I'm going to have a low syn week to try and make up for it allowing myself 6 syns a day rather than 15, and will try to do free days for a few of them too. I don't feel remorse though, it was lovely! ha ha! :D

Ive been terrible this weekend definently not 100% and no syns left to carry over. :o Back to day 1 on Monday. Im looking forward to the SW mag on Thursday, that usually gives me the motivation to cook more and reading the stories gives me a swift kick. Heres to a new week. Must try harder, must try harder.

Quick OT question, how do you guys get the fancy font and smileys in your posts?

If you use the 'quote' button or if you use the 'reply' button at the top of the thread, you should get a box to reply in. This has a 'font' button at the top left which allows you to change the colour and style, add bold or italics etc. On the right of the reply box are the smileys.

If you use the 'quick reply' button at the bottom of the thread, you still get the fonts option but would need to click the 'go advanced' button to get the smileys.

Not easy to explain, but I hope that helps :)

Skint Catt hope you enjoy Edinburgh, im on the west coast and I love going through to Edinburgh with my oh, I find it so romantic. Just take the biggest pack lunch you can carry on the train with you.

Day 1 again for me. My oh is home for another week so we are going to stick to it together. We have a target each for xmas. Im going to sit down and plan our meals for the week and ill get the new mag on Thursday and hopefully get more ideas from it. Is it the xmas mag? I loved that one last year, got me all festive. We made a few things from it for last years xmas dinner, so our dinner was pretty much free, but it was the extra boxes of chocs, crisps, party food and wine that was our downfall
Oh is a teacher also and he got about 12 (no kidding) boxes of chocs, 4 bottles of wine etc. Im dreading this year. Its so hard to ignore then lol.

I know it's hard, but what about donating most of them to an old peoples home, or homeless charity or something like that. It would save you the torment, and make some people very happy too! If it was me I would have to do it straight away though, cos otherwise they would be gone lol!

I'm off to my first buggy fit class in a while, it will be an hours exercise, which is well needed! I did half hour of yoga exercises yesterday, and also went for a walk with dd. I need to keep on track. Thinking of joining aqua-natal swimming class too, even though I'm only a bit pregnant it will force me to go swimming.

Thanks fernlibee, thats a good idea will try and give them away straight away. last year oh gave some to our mums and sisters etc but we were still left with boxes of them. As you said though giving them into a home or something like that would be nice.
I used to love my buggyfit class when my dd was born,, but they never had a local one when I moved here.

Youve put me in the mood for swimming, I might take dd to the pool today, if I can brave putting on a cossie that is. I wont get much exercise as I cant leave her to do some lengths but ill still be kicking my legs and having fun. enjoy your day.
