- small pinch chilli flakes or powder
- 2 tsp soft brown sugar splenda

May I just add that Elmlea 30% cream is only 1 syn per TBSP and is lifts the soup into the realms of luxury when added to it. I also use it on my porridge, in rice pudding after making it with healthy a) milk. Lovely.Grocery Challenge £139/240 until 31/01

I STS again this week! Grrr! I'm a bit annoyed about it as I have been really good food wise, but yet again, need to fit more exercise in. I was doing a bit in the morn, or a bit in the eve, but now mornings are out cos of morning sickness, and evenings I am sooooo tired. I am only awake now as DH was off work today so I snuck off for an afternoon nap! Lol! Next week my aim is to do 1/2 hour each day as I try to do an hour 4 x a week, and so sometimes do none as I don't have the full hour iyswim. I am going to try to do exercise bike, yoga, walking and swimming to keep it varied as I do get bored easily!
Wish me luck, I think I'm going to need it, getting the energy up to do it. I need to lose next week though even just 1/2 pound- anything! lol!
