Sorry to confuse you - no I am doing Green, just lent my EE book to my friend. I didn't realise the HEBS were different on each plan
:rotfl:
Do you have the Food Optimising book - that's the one with Green on one side and Original on the other?
This one book will give you all the HEs you can eat for each plan and all the free foods too.
The EE booklet shows only a small portion of what you can have on an EE day, but there is a new book coming out in the new year which will incorporate all the plans.I let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -
Hiya,
Quick question for all you SW goers - can you pay your fees by card or is it just cash?
I really want to start back (not been in years), but I'm low on cash (yeah I know this is a moneysaving site whoops) if I can put it on my card I can start this week instead of putting it off *again*
Ta
Sorry no. There are no facilities for paying by card but you can use a cheque at any time if you wish
Breadaddict: I see that you're an online member which is great, but please don't ever be embarrassed about going back to your group. I love to see members returning when they've had time-out....to me it shows grit and the fact that they must have enjoyed being in our particular group. Everyone is welcomed back with open arms!
As for coping mechanisms..........why not try going into a spare room and punching a pillow when you get mad at OH. Or maybe you could sit and write down how angry/upset you feel and all the reasons why. You don't have to let anyone else see it, but once the feelings are out perhaps you can manage to control your food intake.

Evening - well not a 100% day today - but not a terrible one either. Just didn't have the right food in the house today - and OH made me a yummy dinner which I needed to have saved a few syns for. BUT today hasn't included unplanned for chocolate, crisps or other such things, and it HAS included fruit, good choices generally and a much happier me - so I'm not going to beat myself up over it.:D
Could someone look up Boots Shapers Tomato and Basil Soup please - its a 300g pot. Would really appreciate it - thanks x:TOnward and upward - with the odd step to the side
