:hello: Hi and welcome Breadaddict! I lose a ton of weight when I cut bread out totally (and I used to eat half a loaf a day) - so stop buying it
If you haven't got it in then you can't eat it. Failing that keep it in the freezer - if your family need it they have to take out a slice in advance. If you 'need' it then it's not worth waiting for it to defrost
Marion - sit him down and talk to him - travelling is one of the most wonderful and mind opening things he can do. I don't know how old he is but it's much better to say to a future employer you spent a month broadening your horizons and learning new things & new languages then having to tell them you vegged for a month at your gran's
I would be the first to convince anyone to go travelling after I did mine 8 years ago!
Lunch is about to be bread toasties (got to finish the bread before I go away as I didn't put it in the freezer as normal!) Breadaddict - I never take my own advice :rotfl:

:jHi all think a GREEN day but not sure?
Well today so far has been
B - summer porridge with ML & banana (1HEB?)
L - left over HM lentil & tom soup, 1/2 a small wmeal roll
D - looks like it might be an Indian meal (whoops!)
I will have plain bioled rice but what's the best thing to have? Last time I had a chicken in a tom sauce, it's a nice place & no oil on the top of the dishes:eek: I won't have a starter this time, but did have chicken tikka last time. And how many syns per poppadum???New start JAN15 - NOT BUYING IT 2015 . Long haul DFW #145 : 2011 DEBTBUSTING : £5500 OD GONE, £2000 OD - GONE £93,610.30 cc & loan debt - GONE 27.6.14 FINALLY DEBT & MORTGAGE FREE :happyhear0 -

I'm actually wondering if you can use the fruity bit as free jam
:rotfl:
I'm baffled how these can be free! I thought fruit was synned if not in it's original form?
Take the Weight Watchers fromage frais layers as an example, fat free fromage frais with a tiny bit of fruit compote, and it's half a syn!
If they are free, that's wicked. My other half occassionally gets them and they look really fruity, but I'm a bit wary :huh:0 -

(The nutritional info is on the pages!)

There is no raspberry now and the pots are 175g - I wonder if these are different ones? I'll have a look in my directory in a sec!

Awww, well done you! Sometimes, when you least expect it, you get a loss that gives you a real boost! Keep up the good work!0 -
So just don't eat them then 4lison!
Macmanlyn - I don't think you can pay by card but they do take cheques for the countdowns. Other than that it's cash.

It was only an enquiry! I won't bother asking next time!0 -
It wasn't an enquiry - I've said I've looked them up online - about all I can do - and it says they're free and you're arguing against it. I don't know WHY they're free, or HOW but SW says they are!0
