I managed to stick 100% yesterday so onto day 2. It wasnt really too much of a struggle, I think cos Id planned it and i didnt have any naughty stuff in the house. Today might be harder though as I need to go to asda for shopping, I might get distracted.
Just to check Catt is it the Asda Split pots that are completely free? Do they say fat free on them? I dont think ive ever noticed them, but i fancy a wee change from my usual Shape.
Will probably have a green day today
Brekkie - 2 slices of nimble and poached eggs, 1 grapefruit.

Hey all - just about 100% yesterday - yehaaa!!!!:j
Today will be a test of my resolve - am going out for a coffee with a friend, to a place that has DELICIOUS cakes. I am not actually that bothered as I feel so much better about myself now that I am sticking to the plan properly- BUT I don't want to feel I OUGHT to eat something to keep my friend compnay - IYSWIM
We'll see how it goes

Yup I had 100% day yesterday too - so onto the second!
Yes Nic they are 'Asda split pots' - pack of 6 inc strawberry, cheery and peach I think - 99p for 6 and I don't think they said fat free which is why I didn't buy any. I got desperate for something to eat yesterday at Mum's & went to check the syns - and found they were free!
Only had sugar free squash and 2 plums so far! Got LOTS of fruit to use before I go to Scotland on Monday :j0 -
Hiya all,
I'm new to MSE, found you all by doing a search for SW support combined with money saving
I have a lot of weight to lose (I'm 5'9" and 19stone, size 22/24) and it's not my first time on SW, it always works il I get the munchies.

Pleasd to report a 100% day yesterday. Today is off to a good start but not planned my lunch or dinner yet so things might go adrift. I have picked up my nephew from the station and have just found out that he has changed his plans and instead of staying with us for a week then travelling around Europe for 4 weeks then flying back home he is now planning on staying with us the whole time! On my couch in the living room!:eek: Thinking of hitting the gin and can't see me achieving a 100% very often this month!:o

Hiya,
Quick question for all you SW goers - can you pay your fees by card or is it just cash?
I really want to start back (not been in years), but I'm low on cash (yeah I know this is a moneysaving site whoops) if I can put it on my card I can start this week instead of putting it off *again*

Hi all.
Not had too bad a week, not too good either though! Can't go to weigh in tonight as my friends baby is in hospital and I need to go and see him, and her.
I'm going to join your 100 challenge from tomorrow, Hubby home from offshore tonight and with picking up and dropping off kids, visiting the hospital, then picking kids back up tonights tea will be takeaway curry. I will have plain boiled rice and chicken tikka masala, but I'll have hardly any of the sauce so should save myself quite a few of the syns from it.
I do EE and find it very easy especially when DH is home. Doesn't like 'diet' food and I can't seem to get him to understand that it isn't diet food! He is getting better though, when he cooks he does mine seperately which is very handy.
Congratulations to the 2 mums to be. Well done to all those who have lost weight this week.
I will update my 100% challenge wehn I get the time, the days go so quick that it's sometimes 2 or 3 days before I get to come on here.
Hope everyone is well. Taffy xNeed to sort my life out! :T0
