make sure the cottage cheese is very low fat - not all brands are free.

Other than notes above it all looks good :) The chilli would have frozen well if you didn't want it two nights running and if you prefer you can have white rice/pasta on green days - it's only on red days you need to have wholemeal (not that it's worth it!)
For a general note if you don't know the syns of something it's approx 1 syn per 20kcals (though this is only very general!)

Are you still hungry? If so we'll have to think up some plans ;) When's your weigh in?

    C xx

Just answered my question on weigh in - well done you! 2lbs is a bag of sugar! :j

Ooh and if you have a Lidl near you they have Muller Lights on offer I believe!

They were Aldi and omg I overdosed on them,

Not as hungry this week so far, but I have been at home so found it easier, we shall see tomorrow, whether the salad keeps me going.

I find it easier to have the same meal two days running as I seem to know where I am, it helps when I am hungry to have something ready too.

I have a hm ratatouille tomorrow night, any suggestions for what I can serve it with, in the fridge I have some salmon and a whole chicken to roast.
Do you think I am overeating this week?

oooh got WI tonight - not looking forward to it after 100 syns over two nights (have been very good other days though!)

Anyone wanna join me in the 100% challenge? We'll see how many 100% days we can do in a row (i.e. everything within the SW rules and no more than 15 syns a day - or save them up to within the weekly allowance) - if you fail a day then you go back to 1 again? I think I'm gonna do an all green week this week to see if I can get my body kick started again!

    C xx

Good Morning everyone - just a reminder that it is 100% DAY 1 today - we should report back tonight on how we did. Take pride in success but remember there is no shame in failure.:D;) Just means you have another DAY 1 tomorrow:j I had to put that in because if some of you are anything like me you will eat more when you feel under pressure. So no need to panic, just give it a try!

I am busy planning my menu for today and tomorrow, have company arriving from Canada in the morning for a visit so I will have to be extra vigilant!

    Love

    Morning everyone

Frankie, your meal plan looks good and you really cant over eat (on free foods) on SW, if its free, fill yer plate, go back for more if you want it. I know you said your struggling with your HEA's and B's, I could only see bran flakes in your plan, so please try and have some milk and cheese, cereal, toast etc. Even pick the same things for one week until you get your head around it. Why not have 2 wheatabix with some of your 250ml(ss)with a banana, or 28g bran flakes with some milk. This will fill you up more than just fruit in the morning.
If you find you still havnt used all your heb at the end of the night why dont you have 2 slices of nimble for supper?
I noticed you used 1 laughing coo with your chilli, you could have much more if you have cheddar or you could of had 5 laughing coo throughout the day.

Just read back my post and it sounds a bit bossy, its not meant to be, just want you to enjoy the plan and get the most out of it. Your doing well so far and 2lbs is a good loss, well done, keep it up. :T

You're doing well - the plans look fine. What facilities do you have at work for lunch? We might be able to find something more substantial? If you have a kettle a couple of mugshots are good either for lunch (if it's enough) or snacks are great as they're just hot water and take no more time than a cuppa. Seriously - you can't overeat!

If you fancy the salmon you can have 57g as a HEb - if it's over this you can syn the extra or have 114g as both your HEb's. If you roast the chicken you can have 113g of the flesh exc skin. If you want you could even add some SW chips/jacket potato - both free on green!

Don't forget to drink lots and indulge in whatever fruit you fancy whenever you're hungry. I find it easier to make up a bowl of fruit salad to dig into when I'm peckish - and I can take a small tupperware box of it wherever I go too ;)

Well I've started with Marions rice this morning, savoury rice or pasta for lunch and a meat & three veg type meal tonight at Mums. I will avoid the wine and dessert - unless it's fruit!

it doesnt sound bossy at all, and no offence taken!!

I didnt include milk in my list as I kind of took it as taken as read. Bran flakes with milk, and then various teas and coffees throughout the day,
    thanks for your help.

I think, well I hope I have worked it out that most of what I am eating this week so far is free food!!

hello again everyone. I have got sw books now, and think I can do the plan despite not being able to eat fibre. i love the fact you can have cheese as a healthy extra! :D Weighed this morning *eek*

I will just have to count my rice krispies as syns instead of a healthy extra!

think the rest of the family are going to join SW as well which will help enormously for cooking!!

:ABeing Thrifty Gifty again this year:A
