Come on Nic - you can do it! Imagine a 7 day 100% week - wow! You'd knock everyone else off the scales! You know you can do it - plan ahead and we'll all support each other!0

I'll join in the 100% week, I don't usually go over my weekly syns, however I will save them up quite often so I can go out for a meal or splurge at the weekend, does it still count as 100% as long as I stick to weekly syn allowance?
Mummy Dumpling- great news! Did you find out yesterday? I found out I am pregnant yesterday too!Sending lot's of positive baby vibes for you.
I just had a lovely dinner and I am so full! I had HM tofu 'fishcakes, with couscous as the breadcrumbs, with peas, carrots, broccolli, green beans, roast potatoes and roast squash! Yummy! All free apart from a spoon of oil which is HEB, I just use a bit of oil as well as frylight for the squash/ pots. Have had a great day SW wise, but used most of my points already. But I have a healthy extra A to use so may have a cocoa later on.0 -
Thanks Catt thats the kind of kick I need. Ill try my best. I havnt managed a whole 100% week in a few months. Would be good to have the challenge. Ive put on 1 and a half stone since last xmas, if I hadnt checked in here almost every day and got support and advice form you lot, id of put on at least 3 stone by now. So thanks everyone :T:santa2::xmastree::santa2:0

fernliebee - yes saving syns is fine - as is using flexible syns as long as you stay within your set/weekly allowance!
Congrats on your pregnancy! I hope to be too in about 12months time - though I could have fun as OH is 302 miles away Mon - Fri so could be fun trying to organise it!

make sure the cottage cheese is very low fat - not all brands are free.
Other than notes above it all looks goodThe chilli would have frozen well if you didn't want it two nights running and if you prefer you can have white rice/pasta on green days - it's only on red days you need to have wholemeal (not that it's worth it!)
For a general note if you don't know the syns of something it's approx 1 syn per 20kcals (though this is only very general!)
Are you still hungry? If so we'll have to think up some plansWhen's your weigh in?
C xx
Just answered my question on weigh in - well done you! 2lbs is a bag of sugar! :j
Ooh and if you have a Lidl near you they have Muller Lights on offer I believe!0
