oooh got WI tonight - not looking forward to it after 100 syns over two nights (have been very good other days though!)

Anyone wanna join me in the 100% challenge? We'll see how many 100% days we can do in a row (i.e. everything within the SW rules and no more than 15 syns a day - or save them up to within the weekly allowance) - if you fail a day then you go back to 1 again? I think I'm gonna do an all green week this week to see if I can get my body kick started again!

Excellent - thought I might be on my own! :D
  • I'll join your challenge Catt :D Might help keep me focused - good luck for weigh in tonight

I'm going back to mainly green this week too - have been dabbling with extra easy but don't think I've been eating enough superfree food for it to work properly. Will prob have a red day tomorrow tho cos its my sons birthday and he wants a pizza/kebab shop takeaway so will have a grilled chicken kebab and salad (no sauce or pitta) and save my syns for a slice of birthday cake :D

Sashanut, what a small world!! which class do you go to??
    x olly

Hi Olly - yes isn't it a small world!! I don't go to a class now, though I used to go to one in Heckmondwike for several years. Have all the books etc from then (xcept EE of course) so I am trying to go it alone. Think I can do it OK at home, but eating out so much last week was a disaster:mad:

Here's todays menu to see if OK:

    - Breakfast, summer porridge with muller & fruit

    - lunch, left over frittata, beetroot, small wholemeal roll (no butter)

    - snack Muller vanilla/choc yog with Marions rice & 1 tsp from cherry/choc muller (1/2 a syn?) its 2 for the whole pot

    - dinner: HM fishcakes, sw chips & beans

Planning on using spuds/tuna/capers for fishcakes - do I need to syn the tuna???

Later on = who knows??:rotfl:but got plenty fruit from Morrisons so no excuses

Will join you all tomorrow of course!!
