Why cant you eat mullerlights.
Morrisons do a own brand muller type yogurt which is free, it's their 'eat smart' one.
Anyone know how much the mullerlight yogurts and the morrison own brand ones are at the moment.
I seem to remember the mullerlight were very cheap a few weeks back. Is that offer still on?
Any other free food offers in morrisons (planning on going there tomorrow)
TIA0 -

Hi all
Well I didn't do very well this week - could it have something to do with eating out Weds, Fri, Sat??? I wonder LOL. It was very helpful to have your advice on eating out Chinese & I copied it out on a bit of paper so I didn't have to remember it - then they ordered a fixed price meal for everyone which didn't include ANY healthy options & as it was someone else's treat I couldn't say anything really :mad: except thankyou of course:D
The result of all this is that I put ON 2 1/2 lbs this week :mad::mad: which sets me back at least 2 weeks!! Grr Oh well another week here goes, any comments gratefully received:
- breakfast: Marions rice & a muller
- lunch: A piece of Hm frittata with eggs, q sausage, spring onions, red pepper & a TINY bit of grated cheese on the whole thing, plus half a wholemeal roll (no spread)
snack: Muller yog + Marions rice with 1 teasp of Muller cherry/choc on top (1/2 a syn?)
- dinner: thinking a SW Chinese with egg fried rice from a sw recipe (free on green, plus a SW version of Chicken chow mein with some s/f veg. Have no beansprouts but plenty noodles, one CB between 2 of us (!)
snacks - so far one apple
I'm thinking this is either a GREEN day or EE but not sure
PS I know where Cleckheaton is - I'm just down the road in Liversedge!New start JAN15 - NOT BUYING IT 2015 . Long haul DFW #145 : 2011 DEBTBUSTING : £5500 OD GONE, £2000 OD - GONE £93,610.30 cc & loan debt - GONE 27.6.14 FINALLY DEBT & MORTGAGE FREE :happyhear0 -
sashanut - have a green day. Weigh your cheese for your fritatta - you'll find it's probably enough plus it'll give you enough calcium. Have a whole wholemeal role as your Heb (57g IIRC) and that'll give you a good level of fibre and if you're making the chow mein for 2 of you, you can use 226g chicken breast and you can eat half.
Don't go short on your HEb's which you seem to be trying to do - they're there for a balanced diet and a healthy body - you won't lose any more weight by cutting them down or out!
Your menu sounds fab by the way!Hmm, just fancy sw egg fried rice for myself tonight now!
