redbull - all the fruit ones plus toffee are syn free - the only ones with syns are the layers and corners. The chocolate ones with sprinkles are also syn free but the one with a cherry layer is not.

  • Hi everyone. Started with slimming world on Monday evening after years of back and to with weight watchers. Just hasn't been easy I think after having the kids to get back into it. Needed something a little less strict.

Feel very motivated, happy to see support on here too.

I know the muller light layered have a syn value - can someone please tell me how many - I've been having the strawberry ones.

Following the Extra Easy plan this week - it just seems to good to be true!

    Fingers crossed

  • I wonder if anyone has the latest SW magazine and could have a quick look if there are any offers to join online. The July 09 book had an offer to join online for £50 rather than £60 but the code MAGAZINE has expired.

    Thank you for your help

I have had a look for you and although there is a two page spread advertising the online bodyoptimise there is no special offer or code offered. They do however stress that the cost is just 66p a day - less than a bottole of cola at lunchtime!
