Hi Mirry, it really made me think about why I was losing weight. I was also shocked by the statistics, and by how unhappy or had a negative response the ones who'd lost weight were. Like the young girl with all the excess skin .
I kept trying to figure out what slimming class/plan they had folowed.
It is soo difficult to keep the wieght off, even with Sw. I was at 10 st 7 last November and felt great. I had a bit more to lode but was much happier with my shape, i thought this is it ill never put on weight again. 1 year later im back to 12st :o

Im aiming to have lost a stone by xmas. I another target though, we were hoping to get married next year (not set a date yet). I love to be a size 12 for that ( a 10 would be fab)

That's because (like me - twice) they go back to their old eating habits! SW is pretty much for life - and is doable for life unlike most other 'diets'.
Just 'cause you lost 3.5 stone doesn't mean you can now eat pizza's, crisps & white bread again in unlimited amounts! ;)

nic - don't give up. I'm getting married June 18th next year - and also want to be a size 12 (don't think size 10 is achievable for me) but I've got 4 stone further to go in that time!

    yes I weighed it 1oz.

35gm isnt very much, any other accompaniment suggestions?

A Jacket Potato (HEb)? Either as it is or chop it into chips/wedges (leaving the skin on for a red day!) and spray with fry-light and oven bake

Hi, it was Slimmer of the year - What next? on Sky 1. I think it was recorded for Sky Real Lives so you might catch it on there.
It was about people who'd won Slimmer of the year awards after losing loads from various slimming clubs. There was a journalist interviewing them and seeing what had happenned to them since.

I don't know why but I am starting to get a little confused about EE - and I have been doing it for ages! Maybe I am overthinking it!
Is it ok to have a neutral breakfast, a green lunch and then an EE dinner? Or do I HAVE to have meat with my pasta at lunch time to make it an EE day?

    Thanks
    Marion

If you remember that "if it's free on Green or Original, it's free on EE" then you'll easily remember that you can do (almost) whatever you like with regards to what you eat at which meal time. The main rule is to cut your HEs to one of each.
I let my mind wander and it never came back!
