My OH loves me on Slimming World as he gets to cook curry's from scratch and really get the BBQ out this summer! I think it's very easy for family's to 'join in' and to be honest not even notice half the time!

frankie - if yuou ever find you have a HEa & HEb lft over, I love cheese on toast as a late night snack - and it feels so naughty!

Gonna be a bit difficukts as said friend sent me an email saying she is ON A DIET & won't have anything to eat, just a cup of tea, despite the fact she is coming to be here at lunchtime. I find it really hard to eat in front of her, but can't go without MY lunch:eek: better go get cleaning:eek:

Ooh please do eat your lunch in front of her, all the while saying that you are on a diet as well, and this is all free food with SW.

The sort of diet where you miss meals is completely counter-productive, since her body will think it is going to starve and will therefore, hang on to every calorie she does consume. Her metabolism will get messed up thus making it harder to lose weight altogether.

Be a very good friend and lead her to SW where she can eat loads and still lose weight.
I let my mind wander and it never came back!

Many congratulations to the 2 pregnant ladies :D

Eating for two is a no-no, just keep eating lots of free foods, make sure you have all your HEs and you should aim to gain no more than 28lbs throughout the pregnancy - mostly in the last trimester.

Once baby is born, if you breastfeed, then you can have extra HEs.

Well slight change from what I'd planned today but still all good - this 100% challenge is keeping me on the straight & narrow! Keep looking at all the goodies in Mum's cupboards but haven't touched a thing so far! :j

    Marions rice for brekkie
fruit tea at Asda (Mum wanted a coffee)
3 glasses of water so far (our consultant challenged us to 5 per day this week)
Poached egg & baked beans with cherry toms for lunch
    mugshot & a banana
pork (heb) with carrots, leeks, cabbage & new pots for dinner tonight

May have to get weighed in Edinburgh next week as a guest - I'm going to visit my much missed fiance! :j (Suitcase will be taken up with free foods.......!)

Got to love Green Days - so much to eat!

In case anyone likes Muller Corners and can't have them because of the syns, my Mum picked up some Asda 'split pot' yoghurts on offer 6 for 99p (in a pack) I think, and I've just found out they're free!
I'm actually wondering if you can use the fruity bit as free jam ;) :rotfl:
