frankie - what day are you doing (red, green or Extra easy?)? I'm guessing Extra Easy because Borlotti beans are free on green and chicken/poussin free on red but you're not having potato's - why not?

What abbreviations don't you understand? We can't have you hungry so lets help!

Hi everyone , Congrats to all loosers !!
I am still following the plan and lost 2lb this past week :j
which brings me to 6lb in 3 week :D.

I had a very bad day on friday when I had my mri done , I got so stressed out i turned to chocolate  and lots of it, I worked out probally 50 syns worth. So have been having no syns the rest of the week :o.

My neurologist issued me with ugly compression stocking to stop me fainting with low blood pressure , Ive been wearing them for 3 days and my fat legs have gone :rotfl:, they are amazing .

I have just made a sorta coranation chicken , by mixing quark with curry powder and chopped up spring onion and cucumber. I put it on top of a jacket potato and it was really nice :T.

Keep the food ideas coming , I think variety is the key.
    Kindness costs nothing :)

As I dont really understand it I guess I am doing red days, I didnt realise borlotti beans were bad for me....ughhh...so guess they have been my sins, I didnt think i could have pots on a red day without them being a sin.

And as I had a drinks do Tuesday I thought using my syns was better for that, and supper last night..

Abbreviations I dont undertand on the SW website are on the free foods section..

Ok, borlotti beans aren't BAD for you - they're just not a free food (or a Healthy Extra) ona red day! Your potato's on a red day would either be a Healthy Extra (with the skins on as New Pots or Jacket - see your book for weights) or syns, yes but they are free on Extra Easy which I thought you were doing because of the beans.

Abbreviations are explained on the first few pages -
C or CC - these foods are a good or very good source of calcium
F or FF - these foods are high or extra high in fibre (so filling and good for digestion)
H or HH - these foods are particularly nutritious and are vital for good health
S or SS - are low or extra low in energy density and have speed slimming power!!

On a red day stick to meat, fish & poultry (unmarinated or processed in anyway), salads, loads of veggies (excluding potatos, parsnips, peas & sweetcorn), eggs, fruit plus your Healthy Extra's - weighed and measured out of the book (these are cheese & milk, bread, cereals etc)

Ona green day stick to dried pasta, rice, potato's, quorn, eggs and veg (all) and fruit and weigh & measure your milk, cheese, cereal/bread, meat, fish & poulty for your Healthy Extra's.

Does this help at all? I hope you're filling in a food diary for your consultant - she can probably explain it better when she see's you than I can on here!

    C xx

    Hi guys!

My kids have a Wii I wanted to get a Wii Fit as I know some of you have really benefited from it. Unfortunately they are a little out of my price range so I have been looking at other forms of 'active gaming' that would mean I could (hopefully) lose some weight and do a bit of exercise, at the same time as playing with my kids!

Has anyone tried the jOG? It looks cheap enough and seemingly good fun but I dont want to waste my money on something useless!

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated!
