I tried EE when it first came out and sad to say it really didn't work for me though my consultant only does EE now and loves it. I know Green & Original work so even though I've been doing SW 6 years I'm sticking with these!

That all sounds yummy Catt. I thought the discovery tortillas were only 6 syns each (oops) Fajitas is one of my fave meals, but I also like a wee bit of cheese in them. I also have fromage frais (instead of soured cream) and a savoury rice to fill me up even more. How about some salad to bulk them out. You could also try making your own salsa so that would knock off a couple of syns.

Right well I'm having a 100% green day today :D
Fried egg & baked beans for brekkie, savoury rice for lunch, lots of water to drink and chicken (HEb) with new pots, carrots & broccoli for dinner

I'm saving my syns this week for when darling fiance gets home on Friday (he now works away Mon - Fri and I miss him dreadfully) so I can have some wine & fajita's.
I bought a Discovery Fajita kit - so have I worked this out right?
On a red day - chicken, peppers & onion will be free, sachet of spices is 4 syns (so I'll have 2 of those), each wrap is 8.5 syns ( I'll have 3 of the 6 probably so 25.5), salsa is 0.5syn per tbsp so say 2syns - is that everything covered?
29.5 syns plus a couple of glasses of wine - 47.5  Good thing I'm saving them up!!!!
Better get on the melon tomorrow!

Hi , I dont live in Ayr either, just outside in a wee village. Ayr is my most convenient class, but im not too fond of the consultant.
Ive just started back up doing mystery shopping, I did it a just over a year ago, but I moved house, and I was doing SW and all the jobs were for fast food resteraunts, its nigh on impossible to just 'taste' the food :o it is fun though, its something I can do in my spare time.

welldone on losing 3 lbs :T
I also have a Wii fit, and must admit, whilst its really good fun, I just never use it anymore. If I get it out during the day, the kids are shoving me off it so they can get a shot. And im too tired in the evening.
I will try and use it more though as my fiance bought it for me after I begged and begged him saying ' I WILLLL use it everyday'
Hi again folks, had my weigh-in last night... Didn't feel like I'd lost anything (although I had been very good) but turns out I lost 3lbs this week - this made me joint slimmer of the week, YAY! :j

That's 4.5lbs in the last two weeks, so I'm very pleased. Only trouble is, with all this rain and darker evenings I'm not really getting much exercise. Has anyone here got a Wii fit? If so, can you recommend it? I've got the Wii console (don't use it much though) so I was thinking I might hang on and save up to get the new version out at the end of the month... I like the idea of the yoga poses for when I'm not feeling too energetic! :rotfl:

Sadly I don't use my Wii Fit anymore either though it is a daily reminder on my mobile to do my Wii Yoga as it really toned my body last time I did it every day. After 30mins on the Cross Trainer though I'm fit for nothing :rotfl:

Thanks nic - I don't do sour cream so I'm ok with that and I'll give the cheese a miss this time - if you have a reciepe for free salsa (or nearly free) that would be fab as I love the stuff and could use it to replace tomato ketchup with my SW chips! Might do salad but OH won't eat it so he'll have all the fajita's while I'm eating that!

last time I made it, I put a tin of chopped toms, 1/2 red onion, 1/2 red pepper 1/2 yellow pepper, garlic and dash tobasco sauce into a mini blender (and held thingy) I did the toms, garlic and sauce first then added the chopped onion and pepper so it didnt end up too smooshie iykwim, just pulse it. At the end I added a tsp of sweetener.

this was tasy and hot however as much I love garlic it was too overpowering as it hadnt been cooked, so had planned to try making the same thing again, cooking it and letting it cool. Im not sure how that would work.

    Hi everyone! :hello:

Sorry I've not posted for a bit, I was away for a week and when I got back I had an upset tummy, so I took a couple of tablets to fix it (or should I say "stop" it lol!) and they certainly worked - I couldn't "go" for a week and a half and ended up seeing a doctor! It doesn't half make you feel poorly and I'm glad to be better.

Unfortunately it's meant that I've missed two SW classes (and I've had one quite bad week and two fairly good). It's WI tomorrow and I've been a bit of a piggy today! Please please make me not have put on weight tomorrow! I don't want to face up to it, but I must go, as otherwise it'll be a slippery slope!

Good luck to everyone and with your WI's this week - and well done to diamondgirl78, Elizabeth21 and all the others from before the weekend!

I am absolutely starving, and I have been told I shouldnt be!

Been on it since Tuesday, and have basically eaten the same food, but have had to go out in the evenings, so really held back during the daytime.

I start with either porridge made with water and a banana or bran flakes

salad with chicken and a 11/2ozs goats cheese, no pots, but 1/3 can borlotti beans and tbsp full of edamame bean salad.

Nibbles tuesday night and 1 glass of wine
Supper last night poussin with only stir fried veg 1 glass of wine
during the day I eat fruit, apple, banana, handful of grapes, carrots, nectarine, but I am still hungry, what can i do. I have looked of SW website for free foods (whilst at work) I dont understand the abbreviations. Although I have weighed myself have lost 2llbs....but I feel I am going to crack!!
