Sorry your feeling rubbish Kate. Do you know where you went wrong? 2 lbs isnt the end of the world you'll be able to get that off by next no problem.
I decided last week that I might not be able to do this anymore as i kept sabotaging my good efforts (i only had half that pizza btw) so I went to the Weight watchers website and had a look to see if I could give that a try, I tried it for one day, I was starving!! It made me realise how good SW is lol. Apart from half a pizza on Sunday ive been good the rest of the time.
Try not to be to hard on yourself.

I managed to shed a pound on Wed I dont know how but I did this week I just need 1lb 1/2 for my 2stone award. Im struggling so bad and I should of put on Ive no idea how Ive only put on 1/2lb since May honestly Ive syned a fair bit. Im finding this week hard because my DS has swine flu and my 10mth DD has a rotten cold. Im nursing them and not really having much time to think about SW plus I cant get to the shop!
Need some cheering up SW family please.0 -
Awww hugs save up, can ya make some winter warmer soup for the lot of you? Good comfort food is always a winner when you're all down - and it's quite easy with SW! Hope everyone gets better soon.

Sorry to hear your having such a rough time, its horrible when your kids are sick it always breaks my heart.
Can you not get someone to come and give you a wee break, even an hour so you can pop to the shops, or maybe do an online shop and get loads of soup veggies and make some soup? I always think soup will take me ages, but I just get my food processor out and blitz everything. At least youll have few meals that everyone can eat, and it may even help shift the colds.
Other that that, welldone on all your losses, your doing fantastically 2 stone is an amazing loss. Even if you relax a bit and put on a 1lb or 2 it sounds like youll be able to shift it no problem again.
Dont forget to look after yourself, or youll end up run down and end up ill too.save_up_ya_pennies wrote: »I managed to shed a pound on Wed I dont know how but I did this week I just need 1lb 1/2 for my 2stone award. I joined last night, and find it all very confusing. I kind of understand red and green and what's free on them but then what's the EE all about can you do that anytime? Instead of red or green days, or do you have to stick to EE all the time.
So far today I weighed my porridge (1oz made with water) and sliced a banana.
2 mugs of tea with ss milk and 1 mug of coffee all with no sugar.
Lunch I have prepared a chicken salad with 1/3 can borlotti beans with 3/4oz of goats cheese, with leaves, radishes, cue, peppers, spring onions, toms, edamame beans... How does this all sound0 -
Lol, sorry nic! I wish I took my own advice too! :rolleyes:0

Hi Frankie and welcome
You can have EE anytime during the week and mix it up with red and green, as long as you get up in the morning, pick one and stick to it all day. For example yesterday I was green, today im having red, ill probably have 2 more greens (i prefer green) then ill go EE at the weekend that way I can engoy a chicken or lamb curry with rice on a Sat and a Sunday roast with potatoes etc.
I must admit some mornings im not sure how the day will go, so i have a neutral brekkie and lunch (toast then an omlette) then I decided red or green in the evening.
hope that makes sense.
Your menu so far for the day sounds yummy and looks fine. Dont forget to enjoy some syns.frankie1star wrote: »I joined last night, and find it all very confusing.
