Hello SW guys and girls,
I wonder if you could help me.
About 6/7years ago when I was doing SW, there were 2 recipes that I loved. They were both quiche type things, that you could eat hot or cold
1, a corn beef mix, might have had egg on top
2, a egg mix with spinach instead of pastry
Does any of this sound familiar, and if it does do you have the recipe cause I would love to make them again.
Thank you for your help

Hi please can I join you? I did once before, ages ago, but I only stayed at SW for a couple of weeks
so I've been reluctant to post here in case I packed it in again!
I re-joined SW about 8 weeks ago and have lost 11½ pounds so far. I hate the way I look (and have a wardrobe full of differently sized clothes that are too small for me - mostly Primark lol) and I'm desperate to get to target!
I've just returned from a trip to hungary so I missed last week's class, and I've been a bit of a piggy, so I need to get back on track. Just knowing you're there will give me extra incentive! Thanks!0 -
I also LOVE the Cauldron ones but I usually have 5 in a meal (tom sauce and cous cous), and they add up. How do the homemade ones compare? I considered making them, but its only me who likes them so theyd have to be good.
They have turned out better than I thought they wud when I put them in the oven as they were VERY wet but have gone lovely & crispy on the outside & still soft inside, Im deffinately going to be making them again!
I think I over blitzed the chickpeas in the food processor tho which is why they were so wet, might try & keep it a bit more chunky next time!

lol - all food comes in one portion size for me (no matter how big the container, I have to eat the lot)! If only they sold hifi bars (etc) in packs of one!0

Hiya Skint Catt, thanks for that. Its not the one from the website, its even better as it only has 2.5 syns per piece!! I sort of made it up last night, remembering bits here and there so the one Ive done for the ruby party tonight probably isnt right but never mind!!! :rotfl:I'll write down the correct one tonight and post it on here later, its absolutely gorgeous and you feel like you've had a really naughty pudding!!
I've also made some little potato cakes as well for tonight, grated potato and onion, seasoned and bound together with some beaten egg!! Don't know what they'll taste like, I'll report back later!!You're so very special, I wish I was special :dance:0
