ArtyFarty- the jellies are 1.5 syns for the whole packet - if you mix them with half the water, leave it to cool, then mix in a complimenting flavour Muller (I use raspberry jelly and raspberry and cranberry muller). Give it a good mix and then put it in the fridge to set. 1.5 syns for the whole thing!
Not sure about the ice cream.

Challenge runs from Wed 25th March to Tue 24th March! and is fitness and diet based! - make sure you tell us what you did to meet the challenge criteria
1. Cook a SW meal you have NEVER had before!
2. Do 15 mins EXTRA exercise in addition to what you normally do!
3. Buy and eat a piece of fruit you have not had for ages!
4. Add your own personal target for the week here.
You're on:
1) SW Chips tommorrow (Not done them yet either)
2) I do loads already but will slow down on my sunday 7 miles to make it last 15 mins longer :-)
3) Strawberries
4) 1kg - my current steady weekly loss.
Anyone else notice how much fluid you can loose whilst excercising hard? On my 7 mile run i can come back over 1kg lighter. It all goes back on though :-(Feb 09 108kg, Mar 09 103kg, Apr 09 98kg, May 09 93kg, Jun 09 92kg, Jul 09 90kg, Dec 09 101kg (Doh)0 -

I always used to have this, tend to have nible now as its not quite as weak when toasted, stands up to the bean juice better hehe.
Dont remember not being able to get it in asda or tesco, have you tried both of those? Sure the packaging is green...if that helps?0 -
