Just had lunch and tried the syn free 'mayo' - it is 6tbsp extra light from frais, 2tbsp white wine vinegar and 1 tsp canderel. I put in 2 tins of tuna and had 3/4 it with a jacket and 28g cheddar - lovely (but definitely NOT mayonnaise lol)DFW since JAN 2009 - 2014 will be the year i finally clear debts
Just to see which month

Well done to everyone that lost this week.
I returned from my holiday Sunday, didn't go to WI Monday, as I had a bad tooth that needed a visit to the dentist while away, so came home feeling very miserable.
On the upside I may have lost some weight due to not eating through the pain......................LOL!

Ooh a challenge! I love challenges! Last week I said I would:
- Have planned treats every day (the syn values are already written on the Fudges and Curly Wurlys in my cupboard!)
- Drink loads of water
- Read this thread every day for ideas and motivation
For Natalie's challenge:
Cook a SW meal you have NEVER had before!
I will try the Baked Bean Lasagne!
2. Do 15 mins EXTRA exercise in addition to what you normally do!
I normally do nothing so I will commit to 15 minutes on my trampette!
3. Buy and eat a piece of fruit you have not had for ages!
I have ordered an Ugli fruit in my shopping delivery so that will be something new!
4. Add your own personal target for the week here.
I will aim for 1 lb off this week.
Wish me luck! Good luck to everyone else setting themselves a challenge!0 -

One fine day I will be slim and debt free!!0 -
Well I did it. I weighed in last night and had lost 3 1/2 lb. That means that I have now lost 42 1/2 lbs; so 2 1/2 lbs towards the next 40lbs and I received my 3 stone award.
In the last week I did 5 Green and 2 Extra Easy days. As it was so successful, I think i will stick to Green in the future except when I eat out - Extra Easy is more flexible for those occasions.
